本实用新型包括牙刷柄，所述牙刷柄包括前段刷柄和后段刷柄，所述前段刷柄为空心设置，在所述前段刷柄的前端连接刷头，在所述刷头上表面的中部设置空心的出膏乳头，所述出膏乳头设有牙膏出口，所述出膏乳头与牙刷柄连通，在所述刷头上表面上设置刷毛，所述刷毛布置在所述出膏乳头的外周；所述后段刷柄为空心设置，在所述后段刷柄内设置螺杆，在所述螺杆的前端设置与前段刷柄配合的堵头，在所述后段刷柄内侧的前部固定连接内螺纹套，所述内螺纹套套置在所述螺杆上，在所述后段刷柄外套置刷柄外套，所述刷柄外套的前端螺纹连接在所述前段刷柄的后端，在所述前段刷柄和后段刷柄之间设置螺杆旋转套，所述螺杆旋转套套置在所述螺杆上。
本实用新型先在前段刷柄内注入牙膏，使用时，只需旋转后段刷柄，后端刷柄驱动螺杆向前推动，螺杆将牙膏通过出膏乳头挤到刷毛上；当前段刷柄内的牙膏用完后，只需旋下刷柄外套，取下后段刷柄、螺杆，向前段刷柄内注入牙膏即可，前段刷柄可设置成透明状，这样方便观察牙膏的剩余量；本实用新型将牙刷和牙膏合为一体，外出方便携带，使用方便。

如图1所示，本牙刷包括牙刷柄1，牙刷柄1为两段，两段牙刷柄分别为前段刷柄2和后段刷柄3，前段刷柄2为空心设置，在前段刷柄2的前端连接刷头4，在刷头4上表面的中部设置空心的出膏乳头5，出膏乳头5设有牙膏出口，出膏乳头5与前段刷柄2连通，在刷头4上表面上设置刷毛6，刷毛6布置在出膏乳头5的外周，后段刷柄3为空心设置，在后段刷柄3内设置螺杆10，在后段刷柄3内侧的前部固定连接内螺纹套7，内螺纹套7套置在螺杆10上，在后段刷柄3的外套置刷柄外套9，刷柄外套9的前端螺纹连接在前段刷柄2的后端，在前段刷柄2和后段刷柄3之间设置螺杆旋转套8，螺杆旋转套8套置在螺杆10上。
