本实用新型涉及一种水管,具体为一种具有抑菌杀菌功能的水管。
背景技术
现在,自来水已经进入千家万户,人们在享受用水方便的同时,开始对市场上各式各样的水管提出了新的要求。过去,用于供水的管道主要是铸铁管。室外主要用砂模铸铁管,室内用的是镀锌铸铁管。但是由于使用几年之后容易产生大量锈垢,滋生细菌,严重危害人体的健康。国家已规定在2000年6月1日起淘汰砂模铸造管件和冷镀锌铸铁管,逐步限制热镀铸铁管的使用,推广使用铝塑复合管、新型塑料管等。因此,目前使用的管道主要有三大类。第一类是金属管,如内搪塑料的热镀铸铁管、铜管、不锈钢管等。第二类是塑复金属管,如塑复钢管,铝塑复合管等。第三类是塑料管,如PB、PP-R(交联聚丁、丙烯高密度网状工程塑料)。“水质好不好,关键看管道”,传统的镀锌管易生锈、易腐蚀、易结垢,容易滋生微生物,产二次污染,威胁人体健康。我们常有这样的经历,家里几天没人,打开水龙头,流出黄乎乎的锈这是管材污染水质的最好例证。现在家用饮用水管道主要有铝塑管及PP-R管,它们因具有耐腐蚀结垢的特点,广泛应用于饮用水管道,但是对于水体本身的细菌却无能无力,长期使用,依然会使管内聚集大量的细菌。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了提供一种具有抑菌杀菌功能的水管,以解决现有技术的上述问题。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现。
一种具有抑菌杀菌功能的水管,包括管状的水管主体,在所述的水管主体内附着一层抗菌层。
所述的抗菌层为掺杂有银离子的聚乙烯薄层。
所述的水管主体为PVC、PP-R等塑料材质。
通过本实用新型设计而成的水管,结构简单、带有银离子的抗菌层,可有效抑制和灭杀水体中的细菌。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施例进一步阐述本实用新型的结构特点。
如图1所示的一种具有抑菌杀菌功能的水管,包括管状的水管主体1,在所述的水管主体1内附着一层抗菌层2。
所述的抗菌层2为掺杂有银离子的聚乙烯薄层。
银离子可以强烈地吸引细菌体中蛋白酶上的巯基(-SH),并迅速与其结合在一起使蛋白酶丧失活性,导致细菌死亡。当细菌被Ag+(银离子)杀灭后,Ag+(银离子)又会马上从被杀灭的细菌体中游离出来,再与其它菌落接触,周而复始地进行上述杀菌过程,这也是银离子杀菌持久性的原因。据测定,水中含Ag+(银离子)为0.01mg/L时,就能完全杀灭水中的大肠杆菌,能保持长达90天内不繁衍出新的菌丛。
