本实用新型涉及一种卧式塔风力差发电机。
背景技术
风能作为取之不尽用之不竭的可再生能源在近几年得到了迅速发展。目前世界上广泛采用的风力发电机无论水平轴风力发电机还是垂直轴风力发电机,大多数采用塔杆形式,将发电机头设置在塔杆顶端,获取风能并转换成电能。随着城市高层的迅速崛起,高层顶部的高空风的利用随着技术的进一步发展成为可能。
目前普通房顶风力发电机运行时,受同一方向气流推动叶片旋转,叶片收到气流顺时针方向正推力的同时,轴向对称叶片也受到阻滞叶片回旋的逆时针方向负推力,负推力抵消了70%-80%左右的正推力,真正利用的风能仅剩较小的部分,风能与电能的转换效率难以大幅提高;而且普遍采用的三风叶平轴立式发电机,存在投资大,制造困难,效果差等方面的不足。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种卧式塔风力差发电机,结构简单,可就地生产,效果好,应用范围广,可应用于户外或安放在各个大城市楼房的顶部。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型实施例所述的一种卧式塔风力差发电机,包括若干组上下并置的发电装置1,各发电装置1包括基座2,基座2上设有传动轴3,传动轴3的中部设有卧式风轮轴承4,卧式风轮轴承4上设有与其相对应的轴承套,卧式风轮轴承4的两侧均设有卧式风轮5连接,两个卧式风轮5通过若干支柱6连接,两个卧式风轮5的外侧均匀分布若干活动风叶7,每一个活动风叶7与一个立柱6位置相对应,位于顶部的卧式风轮5的上方设有支撑杆8,支撑杆8的一端固定有防风板9,支撑杆8的另一端设有尾翼10,底层的发电装置1的底部设有风轮运转轨道11。
具体工作时,将上下并置的若干组发电装置1高50m;直经30m;半经15m,每层24根支柱6,每根支柱6装有一个活动风叶7,长为7.5m,宽为1m,每层上下之间为1.5m空间,卧式风轮5运轮时,以传动轴3为中心分为左右两侧,右侧为动力臂,左侧为阻力臂,风从正面吹来,活动风叶7因上下处于垂直状态,风叶面积为7.5m,活动风叶7受到很大的动力,左侧当风吹来后,且风力超过活动风叶7的重量时,风能自然将活动风叶7托起,活动风叶7处于水平状态,活动风叶7受风力较小,此时卧式风轮左右因产生的风力差开始旋转,整个运转过程始终保持了右侧活动风叶7上下处于垂直状态,左侧活动风叶7处于水平状态,同时在左侧的外端又增设了防风板,从而限制风对它的作用。

1.一种卧式塔风力差发电机,包括若干组上下并置的发电装置(1),其特征在于:各发电装置(1)包括基座(2),基座(2)上设有传动轴(3),传动轴(3)的中部设有卧式风轮轴承(4),卧式风轮轴承(4)的两侧均设有卧式风轮(5)连接,两个卧式风轮(5)通过若干支柱(6)连接,两个卧式风轮(5)的外侧均匀分布若干活动风叶(7),每一个活动风叶(7)与一个立柱(6)位置相对应,位于顶部的卧式风轮(5)的上方设有支撑杆(8),支撑杆(8)的一端固定有防风板(9),支撑杆(8)的另一端设有尾翼(10),底层的发电装置(1)的底部设有风轮运转轨道(11)。
