技术领域:
本实用新型属于滤料技术领域,特指一种高性能除尘滤料。
背景技术:
除尘滤料广泛地应用于要求严格、耐温高、工况复杂的垃圾焚烧、发电厂等场所的废气排放前的空气过滤装置,目前基本由PTFE(聚四氟乙烯)制成,由于PTFE是全进口的材料,具有耐温260℃,瞬间可达300℃,耐折性、耐腐蚀性、抗拉力都非常佳的国际最佳滤料首选产品,但其缺点是:价格高、抱和力差,一般工艺做不成产品,生产成本很高,很难大量推广。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种环保、生产成本低、耐腐蚀性、耐折性、抗拉力强的高性能除尘滤料。
本实用新型是这样实现的:
一种高性能除尘滤料,在基布的上下表面分别设置有面层,在一侧面层的外表面上设置有涂层或覆膜层。
所述的基布是用PTFE材料制成的无纺布,所述的面层是用PPS材料或PTFE材料制成的无纺布,所述的涂层或覆膜层是用PTFE材料制成。
本实用新型相比现有技术突出的优点是:
1、本实用新型结构简单,加工简便;
2、本实用新型采用PTFE(聚四氟乙烯)作为基布,可增加滤材的强度;
3、本实用新型采用PPS(聚苯硫醚)材料制成的无纺布作为面层滤料,使得产品的生产成本低,易于推广应用;
3、本实用新型采用PTFE材料对滤材表面进行涂层或覆膜处理,可增加滤材表面的光滑度,使灰尘容易从滤材上脱落,增加过滤效率;
4、本实用新型的四层结构形成梯度过滤结构,制成滤袋等过滤装置,置于废气排放路径或出口,用于灰尘、粉尘的过滤,过滤效果好,成本低,适用于垃圾焚烧厂、发电厂、水泥厂、钢铁厂等工况较复杂要求较高,又要求低成本的工况场所,对环保事业具有重大的贡献。

具体实施方式:
下面以具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述,参见图1:
一种高性能除尘滤料,在基布20的上下表面分别设置有面层10,在一侧面层10的外表面上设置有涂层30。
所述的基布20是用PTFE材料制成的无纺布,所述的面层10是用PPS材料或PTFE材料制成的无纺布,所述的涂层30是用PTFE材料制成。
上述的涂层30也可以是覆膜层,覆膜层也是用PTFE材料制成的光滑的表面薄膜层。
本实用新型由PTFE(聚四氟乙烯)作为基布,面层用PPS(聚苯硫醚)材料制成,再经过PTFE及其他一些化学材料乳液浸渍处理,然后再经过表面涂层或者覆膜处理,形成四层梯度过滤结构,过滤效果好。
由高价格的PTFE化纤和价格相对来说低些的PPS制成的滤料,具有成本相对便宜,性能基本不变的特点。
PPS材料现在已研发成功,已大批生产,成本便宜,其耐温190℃,瞬间达220℃,耐折性、耐腐蚀性、抗拉力也较佳生产成本相对低;本实用新型的四层结构形成梯度过滤结构,制成滤袋等过滤装置,置于废气排放路径或出口,用于灰尘、粉尘的过滤,过滤效果好,成本低,适用于垃圾焚烧厂、发电厂、水泥厂、钢铁厂等工况较复杂要求较高,又要求低成本的工况场所,对环保事业具有重大的贡献。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能除尘滤料,其特征在于:所述的基布是用PTFE材料制成的无纺布,所述的面层是用PPS材料或PTFE材料制成的无纺布,所述的涂层或覆膜层是用PTFE材料制成。
