本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是通过以下的技术方案来实现的。本实用新型是一种用于更换绝缘子下端导线的绝缘装置，其特点是：设有左右两块绝缘板，左右两块绝缘板的一端通过铰链铰接，左右两块绝缘板的另一端设有分合的左右手柄，在左右两块绝缘板对接边上设有与绝缘子配合的卡口。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题还可以通过以下的技术方案来进一步实现。左右手柄上设有相互配合的连接扣。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型在绝缘子上卡有一个由左右两块绝缘板组成的绝缘装置。其携带方便，易于安装卸取，节省了带电作业中更换绝缘子下端的导线的工作中隔离与带电线路的时间，提高了工作效率，并且安全性能高。

具体实施方式
一种用于更换绝缘子下端导线的绝缘装置，设有左右两块绝缘板1，左右两块绝缘板1的一端通过铰链2铰接，左右两块绝缘板1的另一端设有分合的左右手柄5，在左右两块绝缘板1对接边上设有与绝缘子配合的卡口3。左右手柄5上设有相互配合的连接扣4。
实施时手拿住左右手柄5，打开左右两块绝缘板1，使左右两块绝缘板1的卡口3卡在绝缘子上，再锁紧连接扣4，左右手柄5就不能打开了。这样就可以开始更换绝缘子下端的线路。

1.一种用于更换绝缘子下端导线的绝缘装置，其特征在于：设有左右两块绝缘板，左右两块绝缘板的一端通过铰链铰接，左右两块绝缘板的另一端设有分合的左右手柄，在左右两块绝缘板对接边上设有与绝缘子配合的卡口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于更换绝缘子下端导线的绝缘装置，其特征在于：左右手柄上设有相互配合的连接扣。
