本实用新型涉及一种全自动绕线机上的零部件，尤其是涉及一种绕线机自动加液醇溶装置。
背景技术
醇溶自粘线是通过酒精溶解后能粘结在一起的一种漆包线。在绕制音圈时普遍都采用醇溶自粘线，现有的绕线机在使用时大多采用手工加酒精溶液，这样做容易造成浪费，而且粘结不均匀，需要经常的加酒精，很难控制量，效率低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种加液均匀、使用简单以及自动化程度高的绕线机自动加液醇溶装置。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：一种绕线机自动加液醇溶装置，包括液位平衡盒和酒精盒，液位平衡盒与酒精盒连通，所述酒精盒内沿内壁设置有毛毡，酒精盒上具有进线口和出线口，且毛毡上也具有与进线口和出线口相对应的穿线孔。
所述液位平衡盒的上部通过管道连通有酒精供给装置，且酒精供给装置与液位平衡盒之间具有截止阀。
所述液位平衡盒上设置有液位指示器。
所述液位平衡盒的下部与酒精盒内沿内壁设置的毛毡通过软管相连通。
采用上述结构后，由于所述液位平衡盒与酒精盒连通，所述酒精盒内沿内壁设置有毛毡，酒精盒上具有进线口和出线口，且毛毡上也具有与进线口和出线口相对应的穿线孔。在使用过程中，酒精盒中毛毡利用其吸附功能，使其始终能够从液位平衡盒中吸到足够的酒精，满足醇溶线的需求。且加液均匀，该结构使用简单，效率高。

如图1所示，一种绕线机自动加液醇溶装置，包括液位平衡盒1和酒精盒2，液位平衡盒1与酒精盒2）连通，所述酒精盒2内沿内壁设置有毛毡7，酒精盒2上具有进线口2-1和出线口2-2，且毛毡7上也具有与进线口2-1和出线口2-2相对应的穿线孔7-1。所述液位平衡盒1的上部通过管道3连通有酒精供给装置4，且酒精供给装置4与液位平衡盒1之间具有截止阀5。
如图1所示，为了便于观察，控制液位平衡盒1中酒精的容量，所述液位平衡盒1上设置有液位指示器6。
如图1所示，所述液位平衡盒1的下部与酒精盒2内沿内壁设置的毛毡7通过软管8相连通，能很好的保证酒精盒2中毛毡7利用其吸附功能，使其始终能够从液位平衡盒1中吸到足够的酒精，满足醇溶线的需求。

1.一种绕线机自动加液醇溶装置，包括液位平衡盒（1）和酒精盒（2），液位平衡盒（1）与酒精盒（2）连通，其特征在于：所述酒精盒（2）内沿内壁设置有毛毡（7），酒精盒（2）上具有进线口（2-1）和出线口（2-2），且毛毡（7）上也具有与进线口（2-1）和出线口（2-2）相对应的穿线孔（7-1）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的绕线机自动加液醇溶装置，其特征在于：所述液位平衡盒（1）的上部通过管道（3）连通有酒精供给装置（4），且酒精供给装置（4）与液位平衡盒（1）之间具有截止阀（5）。
