工业级温度测量系统因采用PT100,PT1000电阻式测温原理,随传感信号输送的距离不同,必须计算每个传感器的温度补偿线长度配置,给安装调试和数据传输带来很大不便,组成系统成本高。

本如图所示的非补偿数字温度测量系统仪表采用微硅晶传感原理并且直接数字温度值输出的芯片【1】,其串口连接AT89S52单片机【2】,AT89S52单片机【2】连接显示屏【3】。AT89S52单片机【2】还连接工业级数字传输转换接口M-BUS【4】。
测量过程为:由【2】AT89S552运行测温启动程序至【1】,【1】执行测温命令,并将测量的温度数值传送到【2】,【2】将测量的温度数值传送到【3】显示该数值,【2】将测量的温度数值传送到【4】,【4】负责将测量数据发送到远端数据中心。
该装置是一个先进工业级温度测量系统,不需计算每个传感器的温度补偿线长度配置,不需调试,即插即用,数据传输远,组成系统成本低。特别适用于构成地热过程监测的温度测量系统。
