本实用新型涉及一种水泵技术，尤其是涉及一种利于水泵排气的电动水泵。
背景技术
目前，许多水泵在工作的时候，由于在叶轮之间有空气的存在，而导致水泵出现抽不上水的现象，在使用这种水泵的时候，都需要将叶轮之间的空气排出，水泵才能正常工作，但是有的时候由于水泵体位的关系，人工排气的时候很不方便，需要挪动水泵，非常麻烦。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种不需要对水泵提前排气的电动水泵。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：一种电动水泵，包括机壳、机壳顶部设有出线盒盖，出线盒盖的上部设有插线头，机壳内设有电路板，电路板的下方设有转子和定子，机壳的下部设有电机前端盖，电机前端盖的下方设有涡壳，涡壳内部设有叶轮，叶轮与转子共用一根转轴，在机壳的一侧设有出水管道，在出水管道上高于叶轮的位置设有排气阀。
为了过滤掉水中的杂质，减少对水泵的损害，所述的涡轮的下方设有过滤网。
本实用新型的有益效果是：在出水管道上设有排气阀，不需要对水泵进行提前排气的工作，能够很好的将水泵中的空气排出，提高水泵的工作效率。

如图1所示一种电动水泵，包括机壳5，机壳5顶部设有出线盒盖13，出线盒盖13的上部设有插线头1，机壳5内设有电路板2，电路板2的下方设有转子4和定子6，机壳5的下部设有电机前端盖7，电机前端盖7的下方设有涡壳8，涡壳8内部设有叶轮10，叶轮10与转子4共用一根转轴3，在机壳5的一侧设有出水管道14，在出水管道14上高于叶轮10的位置设有排气阀12；所述的涡壳8的下方设有过滤网。
开动电动水泵，转子4带动叶轮10转动，叶轮10将水抽出通过出水管道14排出水，此时空气混在水中通过一侧的排气阀12和水一起排出。

1.一种电动水泵，包括机壳(5)，机壳(5)顶部设有出线盒盖(13)，出线盒盖(13)的上部设有插线头(1)，机壳(5)内设有电路板(2)，电路板(2)的下方设有转子(4)和定子(6)，机壳(5)的下部设有电机前端盖(7)，电机前端盖(7)的下方设有涡壳(8)，涡壳(8)内部设有叶轮(10)，叶轮(10)与转子(4)共用一根转轴(3)，在机壳(5)的一侧设有出水管道(14)，其特征是：在出水管道(14)上高于叶轮(10)的位置设有排气阀(12)。
