本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：由活动套圈、毛笔杆、筒体、毛笔头组成，其特征在于筒体上端敞口下端封闭，筒体内放入有毛笔头的毛笔杆，毛笔杆上留有活动套圈，使用时，把毛笔杆从筒体内取出，将活动套圈从毛笔杆上摘除后即可书写，书写结束后把活动套圈套入毛笔杆上，将毛笔杆放入筒体内，使活动套圈与筒体相搁置，即可达到保护毛笔头的目的。
