本发明涉及反应釜内化学反应的保护装置，具体说是一种氮气保护装置。
背景技术
我们知道，现有的氮气保护装置，是在反应釜的加料口上设有氮气管，氮气管下端口设在反应釜内侧下部。工作时，氮气管下端口在反应物的液面以下，氮气管上端口接通氮气源，氮气由氮气管下端口冒出对反应物形成保护，隔绝空气与反应物的接触。这种氮气保护装置，直接将氮气管伸到反应物的液面下，氮气分布不均匀，对反应物的保护面小，保护效果差；远离氮气管下端口的反应物的化学反应不够稳定，造成副反应。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是，解决氮气分布不均匀，对反应物的保护面小，保护效果差；化学反应不够稳定，造成副反应的问题，提供一种氮气分布均匀，对反应物的保护面大，保护效果好；化学反应稳定，不产生副反应的氮气保护装置。
本发明的技术方案是，一种氮气保护装置，在反应釜上设有氮气管，主要结构特点是，反应釜内侧下部紧贴釜壁设有圆环形曝气管，曝气管上均匀分布有若干个曝气孔，曝气管与氮气管下端口连接。
本发明的有益效果是，由于反应釜内侧下部紧贴釜壁设有圆环形曝气管，曝气管上均匀分布有曝气孔，曝气管与氮气管下端口连接，使用时，氮气管上端口接通氮气源，氮气由曝气管的若干个曝气孔冒出，氮气分布均匀，对反应物的保护面大，保护效果好；化学反应稳定，不产生副反应。

如图1、图2、图3所示的氮气保护装置，反应釜2上设有氮气管1，反应釜2内侧下部紧贴釜壁设有圆环形曝气管3，曝气管3上均匀分布有若干个曝气孔，曝气管3与氮气管1下端口连接。使用时，氮气管上端口接通氮气源，氮气由曝气管的若干个曝气孔冒出，氮气分布均匀，对反应物的保护面大，保护效果好；化学反应稳定，不产生副反应。
