技术领域
本实用新型涉及输变电设备领域,尤其涉及一种变压器中性点棒间隙保护装置。
背景技术
电网中的变压器中性点通常采用选择性接地运行方式,并且规定对于110kV 及220kV 系统中不接地变压器的中性点应装设间隙,间隙实际上是由一对尖棒组成的放电电极,两电极装配在同一轴线上,电极头部相对,保持一定距离,一侧电极接变压器中性点,另一侧电极接地。其工作原理是利用间隙在大气中放电的伏秒特性,即在雷电波作用下间隙的放电电压较高,而在工频电压下放电电压较低这一特性,从而同时满足变压器中性点雷电、工频两种过电压保护的需要,以装设间隙的方式来保护变压器的中性点是很有效的保护措施。但是,传统的变压器中性点棒间隙装置结构复杂、不便于拆卸和更换,而且不便于放电间隙的距离调整和进行相关电气试验。
发明内容
为了解决传统的变压器中性点棒间隙装置结构复杂、不便于拆卸和更换和放电间隙距离调整等问题,本实用新型提供了一种变压器中性点棒间隙装置。
本实用新型为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:变压器中性点棒间隙装置,棒间隙基础座上安装有金属接地支柱和高压绝缘支柱,金属接地支柱上安装不锈钢外罩穿心式电流互感器,不锈钢外罩穿心式电流互感器下方的金属接地支柱上安装有互感器接线盒,金属接地支柱上端安装间隙放电电极臂,间隙放电电极臂一端安装间隙放电电极,高压绝缘支柱上端安装N中性点接线板,N中性点接线板一端安装N中性点引线,另一端安装高压电极臂,高压侧电极与高压电极臂连接,高压侧电极与高压电极臂之间安装间距调整螺丝。
棒间隙基础座上安装有吊环。
棒间隙基础座和不锈钢外罩穿心式电流互感器之间设有支撑柱。
金属接地支柱上端安装有试验接线螺丝。
本实用新型的变压器中性点棒间隙装置,结构简单,功能齐全,采用不锈钢外罩穿心式电流互感器,便于现场安装、拆卸和更换,使用寿命长可有效提高工作效率,而且该装置方便调整保护间隙放电距离,适用于各类变电站。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的变压器中性点棒间隙装置结构如图1所示,棒间隙基础座8上安装有金属接地支柱12和高压绝缘支柱6,金属接地支柱12上安装不锈钢外罩穿心式电流互感器11,不锈钢外罩穿心式电流互感器11下方的金属接地支柱12上安装有互感器接线盒10,金属接地支柱12上端安装间隙放电电极臂14和试验接线螺丝13,试验接线螺丝13用于进行不锈钢外罩穿心式电流互感器11 的大电流传动试验,大电流导线可以直接连接在试验接线螺丝13上。间隙放电电极臂14一端安装间隙放电电极15,间隙放电电极臂14和间隙放电电极15通过螺纹连接。棒间隙基础座8和不锈钢外罩穿心式电流互感器11之间设有支撑柱9,支撑柱9用于支撑不锈钢外罩穿心式电流互感器11。棒间隙基础座8两侧安装有吊环7。高压绝缘支柱6上端安装N中性点接线板5,N中性点接线板一端安装N中性点引线4,另一端安装高压电极臂3,高压侧电极1与高压电极臂3连接,高压侧电极1与高压电极臂3之间安装间距调整螺丝2,调整螺丝2用于调整保护间隙放电距离。
由于与两侧放电电极相连接各部件均为金属导体,因此实质上高压侧电极1 与变压器中性点N 直接导通,间隙放电电极15与接地网直接导通。当变压器中性点N 出现高于棒间隙放电电压的高电压时,保护间隙被击穿,击穿电流由变压器中性点N 流出,将依次经导流中性点引线接线板5 、高压电极臂3 、高压侧电极1 、电弧、间隙放电电极15 、间隙放电电极臂14、金属接地支柱12 、棒间隙基础座8,最后流入接地网 。此时,金属接接地支柱12 上的电流互感器11 的二次侧将有电信号输出,该信号反映放电电流的大小,供变电站内测量,保护和记录等其他设备和系统使用。

1.变压器中性点棒间隙装置,其特征在于:棒间隙基础座(8)上安装有金属接地支柱(12)和高压绝缘支柱(6),金属接地支柱(12)上安装不锈钢外罩穿心式电流互感器(11),不锈钢外罩穿心式电流互感器(11)下方的金属接地支柱(12)上安装有互感器接线盒(10),金属接地支柱(12)上端安装间隙放电电极臂(14),间隙放电电极臂(14)一端安装间隙放电电极(15),高压绝缘支柱(6)上端安装N中性点接线板(5),N中性点接线板(5)一端安装N中性点引线(4),另一端安装高压电极臂(3),高压侧电极(1)与高压电极臂(3)连接,高压侧电极(1)与高压电极臂(3)之间安装间距调整螺丝(2)。
