技术领域
本实用新型涉及输变电设备领域，尤其涉及一种变压器电流检测与保护装置。
背景技术
为了保护变压器装置，通常从变压器铁心引出一条接地线，但是当铁芯及夹件出现两点以上接地时，接地点之间形成闭合回路，当主磁通穿过此闭合回路时就会产生循环电流，电流过大，造成局部过热事故，传统采用电阻限流方式安全性能低，根据运行部门统计，铁芯及夹件两点及多点接地故障已成为变压器频发性故障之一。
发明内容
为了克服因铁芯两点或多点接地而造成变压器的故障或损坏，本实用新型提供了一种电感式变压器铁芯两点接地保护装置。
本实用新型为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是：电感式变压器铁芯两点接地保护装置，包括电源电路、电流互感器、可编程增益放大器、电流电压转换电路、交流-直流电压转换电路、A/D转换电路、单片机、保护电感和保护控制电路，电流互感器输出端与可编程增益放大器输入端连接、可编程增益放大器输出端与电流电压转换电路输入端连接、电流电压转换电路输出端与交流-直流电压转换电路输入端连接、交流-直流电压转换电路输出端与A/D转换电路输入端连接、A/D转换电路输出端与单片机连接，保护电感一端与变压器铁芯连接、另一端与保护控制电路输出端连接，保护控制电路与单片机连接。
还包括与单片机连接的时钟振荡电路、看门狗电路、按键输入电路、报警控制电路和数码管显示控制电路，数码管与数码管显示控制电路连接，报警输出电路与报警控制电路连接。
所述电源电路包括变压器，变压器输出端与整流滤波电路连接。
所述保护电感是电感值为1000 mH、500 mH和250 mH的三个电感。
本实用新型的电感式变压器铁芯两点接地保护装置，取代了传统采用电阻限流方式，安全可靠，对运行中的变压器不造成安全隐患，具有防外界电磁、电场干扰，测量精度高，数值准确，体积小、重量轻，易于安装。

具体实施方式
电感式变压器铁芯两点接地保护装置的原理见图1和图2，电源电路由变压器，和整流滤波电路构成，输入交流220V、50HZ电压，经过变压、整流和滤波后输出单片机和各部分电路工作所需的直流电压。电流互感器输出端与可编程增益放大器输入端连接，实现变压器铁芯接地交流电流的测量、变换与隔离，其变比为10A-10mA。可编程增益放大器输出端与电流电压转换电路输入端连接，可编程增益放大器对电流互感器送来的电流信号进行放大，其放大倍数有3档，分别为1倍、10倍和100倍，其倍数的选择是根据单片机送来的数据信号进行控制的。电流电压转换电路输出端与交流-直流电压转换电路输入端连接，电流电压转换电路将电流信号转换为电压信号。交流-直流电压转换电路输出端与A/D转换电路输入端连接，交流-直流电压转换电路将交流电压信号经过精密检波转换为直流电压。A/D转换电路输出端与单片机连接，A/D转换电路将直流电压信号进行A/D转换，变为单片机可接收的数字信号，与单片机之间的通讯采用串行接口，采用78E516单片机。保护电感一端与变压器铁芯连接、另一端与保护控制电路输出端连接，保护电感主要用于出现较大电流时自动接入到铁芯与地之间，进行限流保护，共有三种不同的电感值可供选择，分别为1000 mH、500 mH和250 mH。保护控制电路与单片机连接，保护控制电路根据所设定的员电流大小，可自动控制投入电感，也可人工投入不同的电感进行保护，撤消电感的投入是能在人工方式实现。还包括与单片机连接的时钟振荡电路、看门狗电路、按键输入电路、报警控制电路和数码管显示控制电路，数码管与数码管显示控制电路连接，报警输出电路与报警控制电路连接。时钟振荡电路产生单片机工作时的时钟振荡脉冲，主要由晶振和电容组成。看门狗电路为了提高抗干扰性能，防止单片机工作时出出死机情况，而采用的相关专用电路。按键输入电路为了对仪表进行相关的设定，设置了专用的按键，该部分电路与单片机程序相结合可实现按键的采集和判断。报警控制与报警输出电路将测量值与设定的上限报警值相比较，如果达到报警条件，则控制向外送出相应的输出信号。显示控制电路实现8个数码管的显示控制。主要通过专用显示芯片实现串行动态进行显示控制。
当测量的铁芯接地电流值大于所设定的电流报警值时，装置自动投入1000 mH限流电感对变压器铁心进行自动限流，但当电流下降到设定的报警值时，限流电感人工撤销。

1.电感式变压器铁芯两点接地保护装置，其特征在于：包括电源电路、电流互感器、可编程增益放大器、电流电压转换电路、交流-直流电压转换电路、A/D转换电路、单片机、保护电感和保护控制电路，电流互感器输出端与可编程增益放大器输入端连接、可编程增益放大器输出端与电流电压转换电路输入端连接、电流电压转换电路输出端与交流-直流电压转换电路输入端连接、交流-直流电压转换电路输出端与A/D转换电路输入端连接、A/D转换电路输出端与单片机连接，保护电感一端与变压器铁芯连接、另一端与保护控制电路输出端连接，保护控制电路与单片机连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电感式变压器铁芯两点接地保护装置，其特征在于：还包括与单片机连接的时钟振荡电路、看门狗电路、按键输入电路、报警控制电路和数码管显示控制电路，数码管与数码管显示控制电路连接，报警输出电路与报警控制电路连接。
