本实用新型属于LED照明技术领域,具体是涉及一种LED路灯用二次配光透镜。
背景技术
LED具有省电、显色指数高、寿命长等系列优点,正逐步取代传统的高压钠灯等光源,在路灯照明中得到了广泛应用。LED路灯一般是利用透镜进行二次配光,在灯体下部的路面上形成矩形光斑,从而使光线集中照射在路面上,提高光源的利用率。现有使用的配光透镜,其出光面设有曲面凹穴,这种配光透镜在路面上能形成较好的矩形射面,照度均匀性也较好,但灯体正下方照度相对较低,对于光反射较差的路面,在路灯正下方的路面感觉较暗,以至于沿道路方向会感觉有明暗相间的问题,不利于交通安全。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种能提高灯下照度,适应性强的LED路灯透镜。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型包括整体呈花生壳状透镜本体,所述透镜本体两端设有固定脚,透镜本体底部设有LED安装穴,透镜本体的出光面设有凹穴,其结构特点是所述的安装穴顶部的透镜本体进光面为平面,所述凹穴底面为平面,侧面为曲面。
优选的是所述凹穴的底平面呈椭圆形,其长轴为1至2毫米,其短轴为0.5至1毫米。
由于本实用新型安装穴顶部的进光面为平面,出光面上设有平底凹穴,灯体正下方的光照强度大,对于光反射较差的路面,在灯体下方也不会产生暗区,适应性强,沿路照区视觉均匀,有利于交通安全。

参照附图,该LED路灯配光透镜包括整体呈花生壳状透镜本体1,透镜本体1两端设有固定脚4,透镜本体1底部设有LED安装穴2,透镜本体1的出光面设有凹穴3,该凹穴3底面为平面,且凹穴3的底平面呈椭圆形,其长轴为1至2毫米,其短轴为0.5至1毫米,凹穴3的侧面为曲面,位于安装穴2顶部的透镜本体1进光面为平面。

1.一种LED路灯配光透镜,包括整体呈花生壳状透镜本体(1),所述透镜本体(1)两端设有固定脚(4),透镜本体(1)底部设有LED安装穴(2),透镜本体(1)的出光面设有凹穴(3),其特征是所述安装穴(2)顶部的透镜本体(1)进光面为平面,所述凹穴(3)底面为平面,侧面为曲面。
2.按照权利要求1所述的LED路灯配光透镜,其特征是所述凹穴(3)的底平面呈椭圆形,其长轴为1至2毫米,其短轴为0.5至1毫米。
