国内的农业加工企业在对糖浆进行脱色时都是采用活性炭进行脱色，二次脱色的活性炭在完成脱色后还具有部分吸附能力，能够再次利用进行脱色，但是目前企业都没有将二次脱色的活性炭重新利用起来，这样浪费了资源，不能节约生产成本。

本实用新型的技术方案是：一种对二次脱色的活性炭进行回收利用的装置，包括二次脱色活性炭收集罐、搅拌罐、进料管、新活性炭入口、泵、一次脱色罐，其特征是：二次脱色活性炭收集罐通过管道与搅拌罐相通，搅拌罐上部设有进料管和新活性炭入口，搅拌罐下部通过泵与一次脱色罐相通。

如图1所示，二次脱色活性炭收集罐1通过管道与搅拌罐2相通，搅拌罐2上部设有进料管3和新活性炭入口4，搅拌罐2下部通过泵5与一次脱色罐6相通。
