本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种改进的枕头，使用改进的枕头后，睡在一张床上的两个人可以避免直接吸入对方呼出的CO2气体，使睡觉更安稳，睡觉更健康。

一种枕头，其特征在于枕头的一侧设有侧挡，侧挡连接在枕头上并高出枕头至少5CM。
上述侧挡的设置相当于将睡在一张床上的两个人的头部位置隔开，这样一来，即使两个人靠的很近，而且侧躺正对，一个人呼出的CO2气体也不会被对方直接吸入，两个人的睡眠都能保持相对的独立性，使睡觉更安稳，睡觉更健康。

【具体实施方式】
如图1所示，本实用新型的枕头1，其一侧设有侧挡2，侧挡2连接在枕头1上并高出枕头至少5CM，该高度已经高出人侧躺时鼻子离开枕头的距离。
如图2所示，两个人睡在同一张床上使用本实用新型的枕头，两个人靠的很近，而且侧躺正对，但是在侧挡的作用下，不会发生一个人呼出的CO2气体被对方直接吸入的情况，双方也不会感受对方呼出的气体，两个人的睡眠都能保持相对的独立性，使睡觉更安稳，睡觉更健康。
