背景技术
现有的园林修枝剪刀，主要由两个刀片和一个剪轴组成，刀片和刀柄是呈一字形的整体.修剪高枝时.要架梯子或爬到树上操作.或者有的将一只刀连接上固定的一根长杆.另一只刀柄上栓一条绳子.工作时一只手握长杆，另一手用力拉绳子来剪切树枝.其缺点是费力.苯重.可靠性差.工作效率低.且不安全.
发明内容
根据以上提出的问题，本实用新型是为了克服目前现有的问题，提供一种不用架梯子或爬树即能简便，可靠的修剪高枝或采摘果实、标本等的新型园林高枝夹剪，由扭簧(1)、弹性橡胶夹(2)、动刀片(3)、剪轴(4)、定刀片(5)、空心杆(6)、夹板(7)、夹片(8)、拉杆(9)、手柄(10)、拉杆(11)组成，其特征在于将定刀片的柄固定在一个刚性轻质的长空心杆的一端，空心杆的另一端连结一个手柄，将异形动刀片的刀桶用一条钢丝线与连接在手柄上的拉杆相连接，此钢丝线从长空心杆里通过。
本实用新型工作时.一手握住手柄并勾动拉杆.动刀片则受钢丝线的牵拉绕剪轴轴心向定刀片摆动而完成剪切动作，当未作真切动作时.由妥装在动刀片柄、剪轴和定刀片柄上的扭簧或由两端分别固定在定刀片尖端和动刀片柄上的拉簧将两刀片弹开.在两刀片的同侧固定一对弹性橡胶夹，剪枝时即由橡胶夹夹抟住被剪物而平稳的取下来.其优点是轻巧方便、操作省力、安全可靠、工作效率高、实用面广。

具体实施方法：
如图1所示本实用新型的动刀片与定刀片由剪轴连结，扭簧安装在剪轴和动刀片柄及定刀片柄的螺钉上，将动，定两刀片弹开，也可由两端连结在拉簧代替。工作时，一只手握手柄并勾动拉杼，即由钢丝线牵动动刀片来完成剪切动作。本实用新型中空心杆是采用硬质塑料管所制做的。
