本实用新型涉及一种激光指示笔,包括:激光笔外壳、弹簧垫片、激光笔电路板、光源、电池和第一太阳能电池和第二太阳能电池;电池使用可充电锂离子电池,该电池的正极与激光笔的外壳相连,负极通过弹簧垫片与激光笔电路板相连;第一太阳能电池和第二太阳能电池分别嵌于激光笔外壳的侧面,太阳能电池的负极通过导线与激光笔电路板电连接,太阳能电池的正极通过导线与激光笔外壳相连,太阳能电池产生的电能通过电路板后输送到充电电池,形成充电电流。本实用新型将弱光太阳能电池与激光指示笔结合,在有光源的情况下,太阳能电池的微弱电流持续为锂离子电池充电,使激光指示笔节能、环保;同时有效解决户外使用激光指示笔时更换电池不方便的缺点。

本实用新型涉及一种激光指示笔,尤其是涉及一种带太阳能电池的激光指示笔。
背景技术
激光指示笔广泛应用用于教学演示、天文指示、会议指示等方面。目前广泛使用的激光指示笔为红光激光指示笔、蓝光激光指示笔和绿光激光指示笔。红光和蓝光激光指示笔应用红光LD作为发光元件,其原理是直接将电流转换为激光输出。绿光激光笔应用全固态激光器技术,用808nmLD做为泵浦源泵浦激光晶体来产生绿光输出。不管是红光激光笔还是绿光激光笔通常以干电池做为电源。近年来,绿色、环保、节能等关键词成为技术的主话题,越来越多的电子产品如计算器、手表、手机等开始采用微型太阳能电池辅助提供驱动电能。以干电池作为驱动电源的激光指示笔,有违于环保和节能的主流。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于,提供一种绿色、环保及节能的激光指示笔;该激光指示笔将弱光太阳能电池与激光指示笔结合在一起,采用锂离子电池做为激光笔电源。在有光源的情况下,太阳能电池的微弱电流可以持续为锂离子电池充电。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
本实用新型提供的激光指示笔包括:激光笔外壳、弹簧垫、激光笔电路板、发光元件和电池;其特征在于,还包括第一太阳能电池和第二太阳能电池;其中,所述的电池是可充电锂离子电池,所述的可充电锂离子电池的正极与激光笔的外壳相连,该电池的负极通过弹簧垫与激光笔电路板电连接;所述的第一太阳能电池和第二太阳能电池分别置于激光笔外壳的表面上,如图2所示,太阳能电池的负极通过导线与激光笔电路板上的DC-DC转换器电连接,太阳能电池的正极通过导线与激光笔外壳电连接,太阳能电池产生的电能通过电路板后输送到电池,形成充电 电流。太阳能电池采用弱光太阳能电池,室内光线条件下可产生微安或毫安量级的电流,并为锂离子电池提供充电电流。
在上述的技术方案中,还包括一太阳能电池电路板,所述的太阳能电池电路板与可充电锂离子电池电连接;所述的第一太阳能电池和第二太阳能电池通过太阳能电池电路板转化后给锂离子电池供电。
在上述的技术方案中,所述的弱光太阳能电池光源可为日光、灯光或自然光线。
在上述的技术方案中,所述的第一太阳能电池和第二太阳能电池为非晶硅弱光太阳能电池。
在上述的技术方案中,所述的发光元件为红光LD、蓝光LD、绿光LD或绿光激光模组。
在上述的技术方案中,所述的太阳能电池电路板为单独的电路板,或与激光笔电路板与激光笔驱动电路集成于同一块PCB板之上,即一体化的电路。
本实用新型提供的激光指示笔与已有技术相比具有以下优点:
本实用新型提供的激光指示笔,可以由红、蓝、绿光激光指示笔,或带翻页功能的激光指示笔改造,因此,制作方便,成本低。
本实用新型提供的激光指示笔,由于采用将弱光太阳能电池与激光指示笔结合在一起,还使用了锂离子电池做为激光笔电源,在有光源的情况下,太阳能电池的微弱电流可以持续为锂离子电池充电。因此该激光指示笔更加的节能、环保。同时该带有太阳能电池的激光指示笔,可以有效解决户外使用激光指示笔电源耗尽时更换电池不方便的缺点。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型加以详细地说明。
实施例1
参照图1,利用市场上购买的任一款激光笔加以改造,即在激光笔外壳7的两侧的表面上安装上第一太阳能电池4和第二太阳能电池5,该第一太阳能电池4和第二太阳能电池5的负极分别与激光笔电路板3电连接,正极与激光笔外壳7相连,均能制成本实施例的带有太阳能电池的激光笔。例如可以购买一支红光激光指示笔,该笔的发光元件6采用红光LD。或者是购买一支蓝光激光指示笔,其采用蓝光LD做为发光元件。或者是购买一支绿光激光指示笔,其采用绿光LD或绿光激光模组做为发光元件。或者是购买一支激光指示笔为带翻页功能的激光指示笔,即在红、蓝、绿光激光指示笔的基础上添加翻页功能,翻页功能通过激光笔上的无线射频电路或红外发射电路和联接于电脑的USB接收模块完成。本实施例的激光指示笔将弱光太阳能电池与激光指示笔结合在一起,采用锂离子电池做为激光笔电源。在有光源的情况下,太阳能电池的微弱电流可以持续为锂离子电池充电。使激光指示笔更加的节能、环保。同时此种结构可以有效解决户外使用激光指示笔电源耗尽时更换电池不方便的缺点。
本实施例采用2块非晶硅弱光太阳能电池(20*8mm)分别作为第一太阳能电池4和第二太阳能电池5。电池1采用7号可充电锂离子电池,该电池1(可充电锂离子电池)的正极与激光笔外壳7相连,该电池1的负极通过弹簧垫2(弹簧垫2采用弹簧垫圈)与激光笔电路板3电连接,第一太阳能电池4和第二太阳能电池5(弱光太阳能电池)产生的电压通过集成电路板3上的DC-DC转换器后升至锂离子电池的充电电压。第一太阳能电池4和第二太阳能电池5分别嵌入在激光笔外壳7的两侧的表面上,如图2所示,第一太阳能电池4和第二太阳能电池5的负极分别与激光笔电路板3电连接,正极与激光笔外壳7相连。太阳能电池采用弱光太阳能电池,室内光线条件下可产生微安或毫安量级的电流,并为锂离子电池提供充电电流。
实施例2
参照图3,制作一太阳能电池电路板为单独的电路板的激光笔。
本实施例增加一太阳能电池电路板9,该太阳能电池电路板9为市场上购买的专用的太阳能电池转换电路板,太阳能电池电路板9与激光笔电路板3平行设置在激光笔外壳内,相互独立;太阳能电池电路板与电池电连接;第一太阳能电池和第二太阳能电池通过该太阳能电池电路板转化后给电池供电;其余结构同实施例1。电池1采用7号可充电锂离子电池,该可充电锂离子电池的正极与激光笔外壳7相连,该可充电锂离子电池的负极通过弹簧垫2(弹簧垫2采用弹簧垫片)与激光笔电路板3相连。第一太阳能电池4和第二太阳能电池5的负极与太阳能电池电路板9电连接,正极输出与激光笔外壳7相连,太阳能电池采用弱光太阳能电池,室内光线条件下可产生微安或毫安量级的电流,并为电池(可充电锂离子)1提供充电电流。图4为侧面视图,其余结构同实施例1。其中,太阳能电池电路板也可以是与激光笔电路板集成一体的电路板。上述实施例的PCB板为恒电流控制电路板或恒功率控制电路板。
目前广泛使用的激光指示笔为红光激光指示笔、蓝光激光指示笔和绿光激光指示笔。红光和蓝光激光指示笔应用红光LD作为发光元件,其原理是直接将电流转换为激光输出。绿光激光笔应用全固态激光器技术,用波长为808nm的LD光源做为泵浦源泵浦激光晶体来产生绿光输出。不管是红光激光笔还是绿光激光笔通常以干电池做为电源。本实用新型将弱光太阳能电池与激光指示笔结合在一起,采用锂离子电池做为激光笔电源。在有光源的情况下,太阳能电池的微弱电流可以持续为锂离子电池充电。使激光指示笔在使用用更加的节能、环保。同时此种结构可以有效解决户外使用激光指示笔时更换电池不方便的缺点。
当然,本发明还可有其他多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变型,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种激光指示笔,包括激光笔外壳、弹簧垫、激光笔电路板、发光元件和电池;其特征在于,还包括第一太阳能电池和第二太阳能电池;其中,所述的电池是可充电锂离子电池,所述的可充电锂离子电池的正极与激光笔的外壳相连,可充电锂离子电池的负极通过弹簧垫与激光笔电路板电连接;所述的第一太阳能电池和第二太阳能电池分别置于激光笔外壳的表面上,第一太阳能电池和第二太阳能电池的负极分别通过导线与激光笔电路板上的DC-DC转换器电连接,第一太阳能电池和第二太阳能电池的正极分别通过导线与激光笔外壳相连,太阳能电池产生的电能通过电路板后输送到电池,形成充电电流。
2.根据权利要求1所述的激光指示笔,其特征在于:还包括太阳能电池电路板,所述的太阳能电池电路板与电池电连接;所述的第一太阳能电池和第二太阳能电池通过所述的太阳能电池电路板转化后给电池供电。
3.根据权利要求1所述的激光指示笔,其特征在于:所述的发光元件为红光LD、蓝光LD、绿光LD或绿光激光模组。
4.根据权利要求1所述的激光指示笔,其特征在于:所述的第一太阳能电池和第二太阳能电池为非晶硅弱光太阳能电池。
5.根据权利要求2所述的激光指示笔,其特征在于:所述的太阳能电池电路板为单独的电路板或与激光笔电路板集成一体的电路板。
6.根据权利要求1所述的激光指示笔,其特征在于:所述的弹簧垫是弹簧垫片或弹簧垫圈。
