背景技术
目前,为使采暖热媒清洁,铸铁采暖散热器采用内无砂工艺,管柱内光滑;钢、铜、铝管散热器,管柱内光滑;管内光滑无扰流,不能强化散热,成为缺陷。
发明内容
为了克服当前采暖散热器管内光滑无扰流的缺陷。本实用新型提供一种采暖散热器,管内具有扰流设置。进出水口之间为管柱,铸铁、钢、铜、铝采暖散热器的管柱内表面上制出数条螺旋状凸筋,使热媒流动时旋转。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在管柱内表面上制出数条螺旋状凸筋,使热媒在其内流动时旋转,达到扰流的目的。
本实用新型的有益效果是:强化采暖散热器管柱内热媒的热量充分散出。

具体实施方式
在附图中,只绘出了采暖散热器上部,有螺纹的进水口(1)接着管柱(2)上口,从这个上口沿管柱内表面分布数条螺旋状凸筋(3)一直到管柱下口。热媒从管柱上口流入时就旋转,形成扰流,从而达到强化散热。
