背景技术
路灯是道路上不可或缺的照明器具,可加强夜间行走安全,营造安宁社会,普通改进的路灯采用水银灯、白炽灯和钠气灯,照明效果一般,耗电量大;还有一种市面上LED路灯的外壳采用压铸铝外壳,由于大功率LED热量集中,铝的导热性能无法使热量均匀分布在散热器上,造成热量不能散发,缩短了灯珠的使用寿命。为此,需要提出一种新的技术方案来解决上述问题实为必要。

为了克服以上存在的问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种散热性能好、节能、使用寿命长的改进的路灯。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
改进的路灯,包括灯杆、上壳体和玻璃定位框,所述上壳体与玻璃定位框通过密封垫连接,所述上壳体与玻璃定位框密封连接组成的空腔内设有散热模组,所述散热模组通过导热垫与LED发光模组连接,所述LED发光模组下对应位置设有组合透镜。
所述散热模组包括热管、散热片和底板,所述热管和散热片置于底板上。
所述上壳体和散热片表面均涂覆有导热防水层。
所述导热防水层为有机硅类漆。
本实用新型的有益效果是:散热模组散热效果好,透镜减少折射,光损失少,导热防水层,导热又防水,使用寿命长。

如图1所示,本实用新型的改进的路灯,包括灯杆10、上壳体1和玻璃定位框2,上壳体1与玻璃定位框2通过密封垫3连接,上壳体1与玻璃定位框2密封连接组成的空腔内设有散热模组,散热模组包括热管7、散热片8和底板9,热管7和散热片8置于底板9上,散热模组通过导热垫4与LED发光模组6连接,LED发光模组6下对应位置设有组合透镜5,上壳体1和散热片8表面均涂覆有导热防水层。导热防水层为有机硅类漆。散热模组散热效果好,组合透镜5减少折射,光损失少,导热防水层,导热又防水,使用寿命长。

1.改进的路灯,包括灯杆、上壳体和玻璃定位框,所述上壳体与玻璃定位框通过密封垫连接,其特征在于:所述上壳体与玻璃定位框密封连接组成的空腔内设有散热模组,所述散热模组通过导热垫与LED发光模组连接,所述LED发光模组下对应位置设有组合透镜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改进的路灯,其特征在于:所述散热模组包括热管、散热片和底板,所述热管和散热片置于底板上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的改进的路灯,其特征在于:所述上壳体和散热片表面均涂覆有导热防水层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的改进的路灯,其特征在于:所述导热防水层为有机硅类漆。
