握力器是健身爱好者必备的健身用品，它用途很广，市场很大，但是现有的握力器大多只针对于青少年人群，而年纪较大或女士们就无法通过握力器来提高自己的身体素质；而且现有的握力器，其材质大部分是用合成橡胶和弹簧做成的，对手有很大的伤害。

本实用新型的目的就在于针对现有技术之不足，提供一种健身握力器，它可以用来健身，适用所有人群，不伤手。
实现本实用新型目的所采用的技术方案是：一种健身握力器，其特征在于：
它包括一球形壳体、一软质塑料球和五个指套棒；
所述的球形壳体，其表面设有五个圆孔；
所述的软质塑料球，其置于球形壳体内；
所述的指套棒，其包括一连接柱和一软质指套环，软质指套环固定在连接柱一端端面上，连接柱端另一端中部固定有一金属圆片，金属圆片的直径是球形壳体圆孔直径的两倍；指套棒通过连接柱及金属圆片安装在球形壳体圆孔上。
本实用新型具有以下的有益效果：人手套上五个软质指套环紧握时，指套棒致使软质塑料球发生形变，从而产生反向弹力，可以利用该反向弹力来健身，由于其五个软质指套环比较柔软，核心结构采用的是软质塑料球，所以不会伤手，适用所有人群。

由图1可知，一种健身握力器，它包括一球形壳体1、一软质塑料球2和五个指套棒；所述的球形壳体1，其表面设有五个圆孔3；所述的软质塑料球2，其置于球形壳体1内；所述的指套棒，其包括一连接柱4和一软质指套环5，软质指套环5固定在连接柱4一端端面上，连接柱4端另一端中部固定有一金属圆片6，金属圆片6的直径是球形壳体1圆孔3直径的两倍；指套棒通过连接柱4及金属圆片6安装在球形壳体1圆孔3上；金属圆片6既可以防止连接柱4脱落，又可以尽可能的增大与软质塑料球2的接触面积，从而提高软质塑料球2对外的弹力。当人手套上五个软质指套环5紧握时，指套棒致使软质塑料球2发生形变，从而对金属圆片6产生反向弹力，利用该反向弹力可以用来健身；由于其五个软质指套环5比较柔软，核心结构采用的是软质塑料球2，因此不容易伤手，适用所有人群。
