避光输液时常用的避光输液袋套在避光输液器外，且它们都是深棕色的，起到避光的效果，但是这却不利于我们观察输液的情况，尤其是有些需要严密观察输液速度或者是加压输液时，常常会由于观察不好没有及时换水而导致空气进入，经常会有病人家属专门看着还是会进空气的，所以都说避光输液袋不好观察，等到发现的时候往往是一点都没有了，而且避光输液器内进入空气以后也是一点都不好排出去的。
