背景技术
现有锂离子电池的制造方法是用隔膜将正负极片分隔开,通过卷绕方式或者叠片方式制成,然后通过极耳引出正极或负极,其所需配件多,制造方法工艺流程复杂,对设备要求较高,成品率低。另外,现有的许多小用电器使用1-5号镍镉或碱性电池,相对于锂电池而言,其电容量小,使用时间短,而锂电池一般基于特点的型号的数码产品设计,无法在小用电器上使用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、对制造设备要求较低并且在小用电器上通用的新型锂离子电池。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型如下技术方案:
它包括金属壳体,金属壳体内设有正极和负极,金属壳体上设有上盖,其改进在于:所述正极或负极中的一极通过冲压成型形成柱状电极,柱状电极外包裹有隔膜,另一极填充到该极周围,金属壳体内部填充有电解液。
优选地,所述金属壳体为柱状壳体。
优选地,所述柱状电极设于柱状壳体中央。
由于采用了上述方案,本实用新型的新型锂电池及其生产方法电池结构简单,正负极之间独立,无卷绕或叠片结构,制造工艺较以往更加简单可控,成品率高,对生产设备的要求低,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。而且制成1-5号电池的形状可以使其在小用电器上通用,增加了小用电器的使用续航时间。

如图1和图2所示,本实用新型实施例包括金属壳体1,金属壳体1内设有正极2和负极3,金属壳体1上设有上盖4,所述正极2或负极3中的一极通过冲压成型形成柱状电极,本实施例中正极2冲压成型形成柱状电极,柱状电极2外包裹有隔膜5,负极填充到该极周围,金属壳体1内部填充有电解液。其中正极2连接一正极帽盖6,负极3与金属壳体1相连。
所述金属壳体1为柱状壳体。
所述柱状正极2设于柱状壳体中央。

3.如权利要求2所述的新型锂电池,其特征在于:所述柱状电极设于柱状壳体中央。
