本实用新型涉及一种分光片及采用该分光片的LED灯。
背景技术
发光二极管凭借其优异的性能正逐步走向家居和商业照明,应用非常广泛。单个发光二极管在照明的应用中,存在亮度小等问题。而LED集成灯管则能够克服亮度不足的问题,因此LED集成灯管也越来越受到大众的欢迎。
现有技术的LED集成灯管包括壳体及LED集成芯片电路块,LED集成芯片电路块由印刷电路板及设于其上的多个发光二极管,LED集成芯片电路块设于壳体内,所述壳体由底座和透明盖组成,LED集成芯片电路块设于底座和透明盖配合形成的空腔内,发光二极管向着透明盖。
此种结构的LED集成灯管,由于其光线直接由透明壳出射,会造成光线较为刺眼,而且多个发光二极管所形成的多束光线会造成不均匀,出现暗影,影响照明效果。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术的缺点,本实用新型的目的是提供一种出光均匀、避免产生暗影的分光片及采用该分光片的LED灯。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案为:一种分光片,包括入光面及出光面,其中,该出光面设有多个呈周期性排布的凹和/或凸结构。
该凹结构或凸结构的宽度为0.2-5mm。
该凹结构或凸结构的高度为0.2-5mm。
相邻凹结构、凸结构或相邻凹凸结构的间距为0.2-5mm。
该分光片呈长条状、方形状、圆形状、椭圆形状或多边形状。
同时,本发明还提供了一种采用该分光片的LED灯,其包括灯罩、设于灯罩内的电路板及设于电路板上的多个LED芯片,其中,在灯罩出光面上设有将多个LED芯片的点光源转换成线光源的分光片,该分光片的出光面设有多个呈周期性排布的凹和/或凸结构。
多个LED芯片呈线状排布,且该分光片呈长条状。
与现有技术相比较,本实用新型具有如下优势,
本实用新型通过在分光片的出光面上设置凹和/或凸结构,能应用于多点LED光源的匀光,使得出光效果更为均匀,避免出现眩光或者暗影等现象,有效提高照明效果。

以下结合实施例及附图对本实用新型进行详细的描述。
如图1及图2所示,本实用新型公开了一种分光片,包括入光面1及出光面2,其中,该出光面2设有多个呈周期性排布的凹和/或凸结构3。本实施例中,该出光面2设有多个呈周期性排布的凹结构。光线经过该出光面2时,受呈周期性排布的凹/凸结构3的折射及衍射作用,光线能均匀能从出光面2发射出来。
本实施例中,该凹结构或凸结构3的宽度为0.2-5mm;该凹结构或凸结构3的高度为0.2-5mm。
相邻凹结构、凸结构或相邻凹凸结构的间距为0.2-5mm。该分光片呈长条状、方形状、圆形状、椭圆形状或多边形状。
同时,本发明还提供了一种采用该分光片的LED灯,其包括灯罩4、设于灯罩4内的电路板5及设于电路板5上的多个LED芯片6,其中,在灯罩4出光面2上设有将多个LED芯片6的点光源转换成线光源的分光片。
具体地,多个LED芯片6呈线状排布,且该分光片呈长条状。

1.一种分光片,包括入光面及出光面,其特征在于,该出光面设有多个呈周期性排布的凹和/或凸结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的分光片,其特征在于,该凹结构或凸结构的宽度为0.2-5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的分光片,其特征在于,该凹结构或凸结构的高度为0.2-5mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的分光片,其特征在于,相邻凹结构、凸结构或相邻凹凸结构的间距为0.2-5mm。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的分光片,其特征在于,该分光片呈长条状、方形状、圆形状、椭圆形状或多边形状。
6.一种采用该分光片的LED灯,其包括灯罩、设于灯罩内的电路板及设于电路板上的多个LED芯片,其特征在于,在灯罩出光面上设有将多个LED芯片的点光源转换成线光源的分光片,该分光片的出光面设有多个呈周期性排布的凹和/或凸结构。
7.根据权利要求6所述的采用该分光片的LED灯,其特征在于,多个LED芯片呈线状排布,且该分光片呈长条状。
