[0006] 本实用新型的优点在于:当阀体流道进口侧压力低于出口侧压力后,阀瓣在自重、 弹簧等因素的作用关闭,而阀瓣在关闭时由于与缓冲缸的活塞连接,活塞在缓冲缸内缓慢 移动,使得阀瓣缓慢关闭,避免出现水锤现象造成管路阀门的损伤。而在缓冲缸的旁通管路 上安装有位于阀体外的节流阀,可对旁通管路的流量进行调节,从而实现活塞及阀瓣闭合 速度的控制。

[0010] 缓冲缸6设置在阀体1内,通过螺栓余阀体1固定,其轴线与阀瓣2的轴线重合, 缓冲缸6的活塞7与阀瓣2连接固定,缓冲缸6的有杆腔和无杆腔通过旁通管路8连通,缓冲缸6内可充液压油,也可根据缓冲力度要求更换为其他介质。旁通管路8上安装有位于 阀体1外的节流阀9,可对旁通管路8内的介质流量进行调节。
[0011] 当阀体流道进口侧压力低于出口侧压力后,阀瓣2在自重、弹簧5作用下下移关 闭,而与阀瓣2连接的活塞7在缓冲缸6内缓慢移动,使得阀瓣2缓慢关闭,避免出现水锤 现象造成管路阀门的损伤。

1. 一种超深煤矿的可调式高压微阻缓闭式止回阀,包括阀体,在阀体流道的阀座上设 有一阀瓣;其特征在于:所述阀体内还设有一缓冲缸,该缓冲缸的轴线与阀瓣轴线重合,缓 冲缸的活塞与阀瓣连接固定,缓冲缸的有杆腔和无杆腔通过旁通管路连通。
