本实用新型涉及一种二氧化碳去除器。化学实验中为防止空气中的二氧化碳进入试剂瓶中,一般在瓶盖处留有较小的进气口以防止大量的空气进入,从而减少二氧化碳的溶解,但要从根本上解决空气成分中的二氧化碳在制备过程中的溶解尚无好办法。本实用新型包括反应罐、试剂瓶,试剂瓶上设置有瓶塞,吸液管和吸气管穿设在瓶塞上并且下端设置在试剂瓶内,反应罐的内腔设置有过氧化钠颗粒填料层,过氧化钠颗粒填料层的上部和下部分别设置有填料上挡板、多孔圆形挡板,填料上挡板的上端与进气口管连接,下端通过吸气管与试剂瓶连通。本实用新型结构简单、操作方便且能够解决空气成分中的二氧化碳在制备过程中的溶解。

背景技术
技术人员都知道,在化学实验中经常要配制不含有二氧化碳且纯度很高的化学试剂,在测定硬度、钙、镁离子含量时配置EDTA标准溶液、以及在实验室中置备出蒸馏水的保鲜剂时为防止空气中的二氧化碳进入试剂瓶中,一般在瓶盖处留有较小的进气口以防止大量的空气进入,从而减少二氧化碳的溶解,但要从根本上解决空气成分中的二氧化碳在制备过程中的溶解尚无好办法。

本实用新型所解决的技术问题是通过一种结构简单、操作方便的二氧化碳去除器。
为解决上述的技术问题,本实用新型采取的技术方案:
本实用新型的特殊之处在于:包括反应罐、试剂瓶,试剂瓶上设置有瓶塞,吸液管和吸气管穿设在瓶塞上并且下端设置在试剂瓶内,反应罐的内腔设置有过氧化钠颗粒填料层,过氧化钠颗粒填料层的上部和下部分别设置有填料上挡板、多孔圆形挡板,填料上挡板的上端与进气口管连接,下端通过吸气管与试剂瓶连通。
上述的反应罐的顶部通过丝扣与密封盖连接。
上述的反应罐的侧边底部设置有进气口,进气口上设置有盖子。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型结构简单、操作方便且能够解决空气成分中的二氧化碳在制备过程中的溶解。

参见图1,本实用新型包括反应罐1、试剂瓶2,试剂瓶2上设置有瓶塞3,吸液管11和吸气管10穿设在瓶塞3上并且下端设置在试剂瓶2内,反应罐1的内腔设置有过氧化钠颗粒填料层4,过氧化钠颗粒填料层4的上部和下部分别设置有填料上挡板5、多孔圆形挡板6,填料上挡板5的上端与进气口管7连接,下端通过吸气管10与试剂瓶2连通。
反应罐1的顶部通过丝扣与密封盖8连接。
反应罐1的侧边底部设置有进气口9,进气口9上设置有盖子。
根据使用情况可实时的旋下密封盖8和填料上挡板5更换过氧化钠填料,吸液时随时打开底部进气口盖,吸液完成后盖上密封盖即可,使用方便,是化学实验室连续滴定过程中解决二氧化碳溶解于滴定试剂中的好方 法,也是实验室中去离子水保鲜的好手段。

1.一种二氧化碳去除器,其特征在于:包括反应罐(1)、试剂瓶(2),试剂瓶(2)上设置有瓶塞(3),吸液管(11)和吸气管(10)穿设在瓶塞(3)上并且下端设置在试剂瓶(2)内,反应罐(1)的内腔设置有过氧化钠颗粒填料层(4),过氧化钠颗粒填料层(4)的上部和下部分别设置有填料上挡板(5)、多孔圆形挡板(6),填料上挡板(5)的上端与进气口管(7)连接,下端通过吸气管(10)与试剂瓶(2)连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种二氧化碳去除器,其特征在于:所述的反应罐(1)的顶部通过丝扣与密封盖(8)连接。
