为实现上述技术目的，本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种新型阴道拉钩，包括一个叶片，叶片后端连接拉钩杆，拉钩杆末端设有拉钩柄，叶片、拉钩杆、拉钩柄采用不锈钢制成，其特征在于：叶片外套有一次性叶片套，一次性叶片套上端部分设有一磁铁块；磁铁块与叶片通过磁性固定在一块，从而起到固定一次性叶片套的目的。
本实用新型和以往技术相比，具有以下有益效果：阴道拉钩使用完后，将磁铁块摘下，将一次性叶片套抽离丢弃，下次使用阴道拉钩时，将新的一次性叶片套套在叶片上，并通过磁铁块固定位置，保证了叶片部分的清洁、无菌，避免交叉感染。
