技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种无极灯具,确切的说是一种无极灯的热量传导散热棒。 
背景技术:
无极灯由高频发生器、耦合器和灯泡三部分组成。它是通过高频发生器的电磁场以感应的方式耦合到灯内,使灯泡内的气体雪崩电离,形成等离子体。等离子受激原子返回基态时辐射出紫外线。灯泡内壁的荧光粉受到紫外线激发产生可见光。无极灯分为高频无极灯和低频无极灯两种。高频无极灯体积小,灯泡采用纳米级别的氧化铝涂层杜绝电磁辐射。但是高频无极灯缺点也显而易见的,散热不好,造成功率做不高,为求质量稳定,一般厂商只做到200W。低频无极灯功率可以做大,耦合器外置、灯管体积大,因此散热效果也非常好。但是因为体积大造成的可配灯具也非常少,并造成一些流明损耗,另外耦合器外置造成有少量的电磁外泄。 
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能及时将无极灯热量隔热、散发,辅助无极灯发挥高效节能的导热棒。 
本实新型的方案是由导热棒柱、感应线圈、底座、散热套组成,其结构特点是在导热棒柱的底端设有底座,导热棒柱与底座铸为一体,底座的上端设有散热套,散热套的圆周上设有通风散热窗,散热套的底外端设有挂接扣,挂接扣的上侧设有防滑脱锁扣,底座上设有挂接槽,挂接槽的上侧设有防滑脱锁槽,导热棒柱的上端设有铁氧体磁性套筒,磁性套筒的外缘上绕制有感应线圈,感应线圈的下端设有电源连接线,导热棒柱的上端安装于无极灯放电灯泡的凹腔内。 
本实用新型选用导热性能较发的铝合金制作,导热棒柱与底座一次浇铸完成,另在散热套上设有通风散热窗,并可通过挂接扣随意拆装,不仅延长了无极灯的使用寿命,而且也提高了生产工作效率。

具体实施方式:
图1-2中示出的导热棒柱1的底端设有底座6,底座的上端设有散热套9,散热套的圆周上设有通风散热窗2,散热套的底外端设有挂接扣4,挂接扣的上侧设有防滑脱锁扣3,底座上设有挂接槽8,挂接槽的上侧设有防滑脱锁槽5,导热棒柱的上端设有铁氧体磁性套筒11,在磁性套筒的外端绕制有感应线圈10,感应线圈的下端设有电源连接线7。安装时,将散热套6放入底座内,把底端的挂接扣4旋入底座的挂接槽8中,由防滑脱锁扣3卡到防滑脱锁槽5中固定。

1.一种无极灯导热棒,由导热棒柱、底座、散热套组成,其特征在于:所述的导热棒柱(1)的底端设有底座(6),底座的上端设有散热套(9),散热套的圆周上设有通风散热窗(2),散热套的底外端设有挂接扣(4),挂接扣的上侧设有防滑脱锁扣(3),底座上设有挂接槽(8),挂接槽的上侧设有防滑脱锁槽(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无极灯导热棒,其特征在于:所述的导热棒柱的上端设有铁氧体磁性套筒(11),在磁性套筒的外端绕制有感应线圈(10),感应线圈的下端设有电源连接线(7)。
