一种双层斜瓦托盘纸板,包括表层、瓦楞表层、瓦楞里层和里层,所述的瓦楞表层和瓦楞里层相错位分布。瓦楞表层和瓦楞里层的瓦向排列成45度角,为了确保支撑的强度,两片单瓦成45度的纸板交错裱料,四周均匀交错,当受力时,力是均匀压下,不致于朝某一方向而压塌。
作为优选,所述的表层、瓦楞表层、瓦楞里层和里层依次相粘合。
