技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种应用导磁体的高频感应加热装置,属于刀片制作设备技术领域。 
背景技术:
目前在刀具的生产步骤主要是剪切、拉胚、压制成型、拉边、酸洗及测量厚度等,而在这些生产步骤中大部分要对钢带进行加热,在现有的加热装置一般是煤炉装置和普通的电炉装置,这些装置不但加热速度慢,而且消耗能量比较大。 
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供了一种能提高加热速度,节省电源,同时导磁体能减少磁线逸散损失,减少对人体的磁辐射,即节能又环保的应用导磁体的高频感应加热装置。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的: 
一种应用导磁体的高频感应加热装置,包括导磁体、感应圈,所述的导磁体依次排列嵌放在感应圈上,且其中部的凹口型开口处对向钢带,形成磁力线闭合通路,驱使电流接近被加热表面,防止邻近部分被加热。 
本实用新型能提高加热速度,节省电源,同时导磁体能减少磁线逸散损失,减少对人体的磁辐射,即节能又环保。

如图1所示可知,本实用新型涉及一种应用导磁体的高频感应加热装置,包括导磁体2、感应圈3,主要是将导磁体2依次排列嵌放在感应圈3上,且其中部的凹口型开口处对向钢带4,形成磁力线3闭合通路,驱使电流接近被加热表面,防止邻近部分被加热,这样能提高加热速度,节省电源,同时导磁体能减少磁线逸散损失,减少对人体的磁辐射,即节能又环保。
