背景技术
如图1和3所示,现有的单晶电池光伏组件,其组件效率比较低,通常只有13%--14.5%,同时最大功率只有175~185W。这主要是由于普通单晶电池的四个角上有比较大的圆角,从而影响了组件面积的有效利用率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:在不改变组件外形和尺寸的前提条件下,通过改变单晶电池的外形,来实现充分有效地利用组件的现有面积,达到提高组件的效率和最大功率的目的。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种方形单晶电池光伏组件,组件内的单晶电池彼此电连接,单晶电池的表面形状为方形。
本实用新型的有益效果是:与普通单晶电池组件相比,组件效率有比较大的提高,最高可以超过15%,最大功率也有比较大的提高,功率可以增大5-15W,而且制造工艺简单,装配方便。

具体实施方式
如图4所示,一种方形单晶电池光伏组件,组件2内的单晶电池1彼此电连接,如图2所示,单晶电池1的表面形状为方形,四个角上没有圆角,这是本单晶电池与普通单晶电池的最大差异。如图1所示的普通单晶电池的四个角上有比较大的圆角。
通过图3和4所示,采用本单晶电池来制造光伏组件,在不改变普通单晶电池组件外形和尺寸的前提条件下,单晶电池1和组件2的发电面积提高,达到提高组件的效率和最大功率的目的。
