一、技术领域：本实用新型涉及一种绝缘操作棒照明配件，特别是涉及一种绝缘操作棒照明灯专用卡具。
二.背景技术：在10KV架空线路的检修工作和运行方式的倒闸操作过程中，绝缘操作棒是必不可少的工具，其作用是进行对线路的柱上负荷开关、柱上断路器、10KV跌落式熔断器和低压刀闸进行拉开、断开、推上、挂上等一系列操作。由于在柱上操作，操作对象与操作人员距离较远，不像在地面操作那样直观，需要在操作时仔细观察设备状况，及时修正操作角度。白天操作时光线较好，操作人员比较容易掌握，但是，到了晚上，就会因为照明光线不够，导致操作时间长和效率低的问题。目前的照明设施大多是靠人工在地面用手电筒或头盔式矿灯照明，距离远，光线不足，也有利用车载电源使用大功率探照灯的，但是由于道路环境的限制，有些地方车辆无法靠近，也就无法利用车载电源，因此，要提高夜间各种开关、刀闸和令克的操作效率、杜绝各项安全隐患和提高供电可靠性改进现有照明装置是关键。
三.实用新型内容：
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：克服现有技术的不足，提供一种设计合理、结构简单、拆装方便且夹固效果好的绝缘操作棒照明灯专用卡具。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种绝缘操作棒照明灯专用卡具，含有卡具本体，所述卡具本体两端分别设置一个卡环，所述卡环的一端与所述卡具本体的一侧边铰接，其另一端与所述卡具本体的另一侧边通过螺栓连接，并且，所述卡环的内环面与所述卡具本体两端中间设置的卡槽的环形槽面相匹配。
所述卡环的内环面上和卡槽的环形槽面上分别设置有防滑材料层。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
1、本实用新型卡具本体两端分别铰接一个卡环，两个卡环与卡具本体上的卡槽相匹配，能够分别夹固绝缘操作棒和照明灯，这样就使照明灯随绝缘操作棒一起运动，能够随时照亮操作位置，大大提高工作效率。
2、本实用新型卡环一端与卡具本体铰接，另一端通过螺栓与卡具本体活动式连接，拆装方便，夜间使用时装上，白天使用时拆掉，十分方便。
3、本实用新型卡环和卡槽的内环面上可以设置防滑材料层，以增加夹固的稳定性，有效地防止卡具本体或照明灯转动。
4、本实用新型设计合理、结构简单、拆装方便且夹固效果好，尤其适合夜间绝缘操作棒照明时使用，推广后具有良好的经济效益。

实施例：参见图1和图2，图中，1-卡具本体，2-铰接轴，3-卡环，4-卡槽，5-螺栓。
绝缘操作棒照明灯专用卡具含有卡具本体1，卡具本体1两端分别设置一个卡环3，卡环3的一端与卡具本体1的一侧边铰接(铰接轴2)，其另一端与卡具本体1的另一侧边通过螺栓5连接，并且，卡环3的内环面与卡具本体1两端中间设置的卡槽4的环形槽面相匹配，便于夹固。为了增加夹固的稳定性，可以在卡环3的内环面上和卡槽4的环形槽面上分别设置有防滑材料层(图中未画出)。
使用时，两个卡环3分别夹固绝缘操作棒和照明灯，这样就使照明灯随绝缘操作棒一起运动，能够随时照亮操作位置，大大提高工作效率。

1.一种绝缘操作棒照明灯专用卡具，含有卡具本体，其特征是：所述卡具本体两端分别设置一个卡环，所述卡环的一端与所述卡具本体的一侧边铰接，其另一端与所述卡具本体的另一侧边通过螺栓连接，并且，所述卡环的内环面与所述卡具本体两端中间设置的卡槽的环形槽面相匹配。
