大便检验是医学检验三大常规检验(血、尿、粪便)项目之一，检验结果对疾病的诊断、定位、鉴别诊断及预后判断具有重要意义，是一项具有临床应用价值的检查。在临床上，经常使用的采集大便的用具为一次性塑料杯和棉签，其缺陷是：1、一次性塑料杯和棉签是相互独立的采便用具，操作不方便，且棉签容易散落，造成污染；2、棉签涂片效果差；3、一次性塑料杯无盖，粪便异味扩散严重。近年来，随着医疗用品的迅速发展，出现一种未能大范围推广应用的大便采集器，该大便采集器由容器和勺子组成，勺子柄的尾部固定有一个圆片，该圆片面积大于等于容器的口部，当勺子放在容器内时，圆片正好盖住容器的口部。这种大便采集器存在两个缺陷：1、勺子虽然采集大便比较方便，但不便于涂片，实用性比较差；2、用作盖子的圆片容易在容器口部滑动，封口效果不理想。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于：克服上述缺陷，提供一种既便于采集，又便于涂片，同时容器封口效果较好的一次性大便采集器。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：一次性大便采集器，它包括集粪瓶和采集棒，采集棒的前部插在集粪瓶中，采集棒的尾部固定有一个盖子，其特征在于：采集棒的前端为一个叉子，盖子朝向集粪瓶的一侧有一个台阶，台阶的侧面与集粪瓶口部内壁间隙配合。
进一步地说，采集棒前端的叉子与柄部之间夹角为0°～30°。

本实用新型由于将采集棒前端设计成叉子形状，且带有一定斜度，因此既便于采集，又便于涂片；由于盖子朝向集粪瓶的一侧有一个台阶，台阶的侧面与集粪瓶口部内壁间隙配合，所以盖子在集粪瓶口部不会滑动，既便于开合，封口效果又比较理想。

一次性大便采集器，它包括集粪瓶5和采集棒2，采集棒2的前部插在集粪瓶5中。采集棒2的尾部固定有一个盖子1，采集棒2的前端为一个叉子4。盖子1朝向集粪瓶5的一侧有一个台阶，台阶的外径比集粪瓶口部内径小0.5～1毫米。采集棒2前端的叉子4与柄部之间夹角为0°～30°，进一步优化的设计是，采集棒2前端的叉子4与柄部之间夹角为5°～20°，最佳设计是采集棒2前端的叉子4与柄部之间夹角为8°～15°。所述集粪瓶5的外侧壁上固定有一个钩子3。
