本实用新型公开了一种自动排气节水阀,包括筒状的阀本体,在所述阀本体的内腔设置有浮筒,阀本体的上端设有“凸”字形排气口,所述排气口的下半部内腔设有阀芯,所述浮筒的上端具有伸入所述排气口下半部的推杆;所述阀本体的下端连通有竖向的放水管,入水管沿所述放水管的切线方向与放水管连通。本实用新型的节水阀可连接于太阳能热水器的侧上部,当太阳能热水器内的水上满后,节水阀可自动关闭,避免造成水资源的浪费。

本实用新型涉及一种自动排气节水阀。
背景技术:
中国水资源缺少,现在城乡家庭用太阳能热水器很多,在给热水器上冷水或用热水时,常有大量水从排气管流失,造成浪费,而且用热水时水中气泡很多,导致出热水不均匀。
发明内容:
为克服现有技术的缺陷,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种自动排气节水阀,以根除太阳能热水器导致的水资源浪费,使热水器出热水均匀。
本实用新型解决技术问题采用如下技术方案:
自动排气节水阀,包括筒状的阀本体,在所述阀本体的内腔设置有浮筒,阀本体的上端设有“凸”字形排气口,所述排气口的下半部内腔设有阀芯,所述浮筒的上端具有伸入所述排气口下半部的推杆;所述阀本体的下端连通有竖向的放水管,入水管沿所述放水管的切线方向与放水管连通。
所述阀本体的内腔底部设置有浮筒座。
与已有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果体现在:
本实用新型的节水阀可连接于太阳能热水器的侧上部,当太阳能热水器内的水上满后,节水阀可自动关闭,避免造成水资源的浪费。

实施例:结合图1,本实施例的自动排气节水阀,包括筒状的阀本体1,在阀本体1的内腔设置有浮筒2,阀本体的上端设有“凸”字形排气口3,在排气口的下半部内腔设有阀芯4,在浮筒2的上端具有伸入所述排气口下半部内的推杆5;在阀本体1的下端连通有竖向的放水管6,入水管7沿放水管6的切线方向与放水管连通。
所述阀本体1的内腔底部设置有浮筒座8,起着支撑浮筒2的作用,保证浮筒上端的推杆5始终处于排气口3的下半部内顶着阀芯4。
工作原理及过程:本实用新型的节水阀连接于热水器的侧上部,入水管7连通热水器,放水管6连接用户的用水端,热水器内上水时,水旋转沿内圆周进入阀本体1内,热水器排出的气体进入阀本体1内并从排气口3排出,当热水器内水上满时,水将浮筒2浮起,浮筒2顶起阀芯4封堵排气口3,避免水溢出导致的浪费。用户使用热水时,水从入水管7切线进入放水管6的内腔,水旋转下降,内部的气从浮筒的中心孔进入阀本体1内腔从排气口3排出,热水从放水管6流出,当水位下降到一定程度后,浮筒2落在浮筒座8上,排气口3打开可使热水器内的空气排出,避免了因热水中含有大量的气泡导致出热水不均匀。

1.自动排气节水阀,其特征是包括筒状的阀本体(1),在所述阀本体的内腔设置有浮筒(2),阀本体的上端设有“凸”字形排气口(3),所述排气口的下半部内腔设有阀芯(4),所述浮筒(2)的上端具有伸入所述排气口下半部的推杆(5);所述阀本体(1)的下端连通有竖向的放水管(6),入水管(7)沿所述放水管(6)的切线方向与放水管连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动排气节水阀,其特征是所述阀本体(1)的内腔底部设置有浮筒座(8)。
