技术领域
本实用新型属于水利水电工程技术领域。特别适用于水电站临时围堰防渗体建造。
背景技术
在目前国内水利工程中围堰建造中,我国目前已修建各类型的水库八万六千余座,以土石坝居多。在这些土石坝工程中普遍采用塑性粘土心墙、斜墙或刚性的混凝土心墙、斜墙为防渗体的传统结构形式的建造方法。这种建造方法存在着诸如工艺复杂、造价高、工期长、占用耕地多且施工受气候因素影响大等一些不足。复合土工膜作为防渗体的围堰结构形式已经很普及,防渗体复合土工膜间的连接为胶接、热熔接或缝接。胶接对环境要求高,而且对胶接处的土工膜进行烘干,胶接的强度不易保证;热熔接改变了土工膜受力结构;缝接针孔过多,影响防渗效果;以上三种方法工艺复杂、工期长。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是:提供一种复合土工膜堰心围堰,它在围堰建造中,对土工膜间的连接工作过程,安全可靠、防渗效果好、施工简便、缩短工期、不受气候影响并减轻劳动强度
本实用新型的技术方案是:对两个土工膜连接边缘折叠曲压,在折叠曲压的连接处通过木条压紧,在方木条上穿过铁钉固定。
本实用新型的有益效果是:操作简单,对操作工人的操作水平不高;缩短工序时间,施工成本低,降低工人的劳动强度,提高领导生产率。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步描述:
如图所示,1是上片土工膜,2是下片土工膜,3是方木条,4是铁钉。
因土工膜是软体片状,所以首先将上片土工膜1和下片土工膜2的接缝边缘重叠,然后再把接缝边缘卷曲压紧,在接缝边缘两侧加装方木条3,最后用铁钉4在方木条3穿过固定,使上片土工膜1和下片土工膜2连为一体,其它土建工程不变。
