发明内容：
本实用新型旨在提供压力稳定的液压螺母打压装置。
本实用新型包括换向阀，换向阀连接液压锁，液压锁连接测压管，换向阀为6通径3位4通Y型换向阀。
本实用新型与圆盘剪上的阀台的测压端子连通液压站压力油，通过测压管连通压力油和液压螺母，用压力油给液压螺母进行打压，与手动液压枪相比，打压时间大大缩短且压力稳定，提高了生产效率，保证了钢带质量。

具体实施方式：
实施例：图1所示，本实施例由一个6通径3位4通Y型换向阀1和液压锁2以及两根测压管构成，6通径3位4通Y型换向阀1(油路)连接液压锁，6通径3位4通Y型换向阀1与液压锁通过液压阀台和4根固定液压阀螺丝连接在一起，液压阀台上预留有测压管的连接头，测压管(软管)连接在连接头上。
需要给液压螺母打压时，用测压软管连接液压螺母与阀台预留的软管接头。通过远程操作按钮，控制换向阀动作，给液压螺母提供液压油进行打压。打压结束后，拆除测压软管即可。
