目前，在建筑工业中所使用的滚筒刷在作业的时候，只能通过现在油漆桶中蘸一下，再拿起来刷，不仅费时，而且费力，同时油漆还很容易滴落到地面上，弄脏周围的环境，并且一般的滚筒刷手柄很短，不适于较高距离的作业，只能通过脚手架作业完成。

本实用新型的目的就在于提供一种滚筒刷，可以直接在滚筒中加料后涂刷，不用来回蘸涂料，同时滚筒表面的包层有利于吸附，不会滴落，并且手柄可以自由拆卸安装加长，使用非常方便。
