背景技术
影响人睡眠的包括光线刺激和噪声刺激；在人头部的能量消耗中，眼睛所占比例为70％，用眼罩遮住眼睛，可使眼睛休息，头部的能量消耗会大幅减少；这时再用封闭式耳机隔离部分外界声音的刺激，让人脑放松，通过MP3播放器推动耳机播放音乐，提高对外界干扰的隔离，进一步引导人进入放松状态。 
发明内容
把眼罩①、MP3播放器③、耳机②结合起来同时工作，成为一整体的音乐睡眠仪，戴在人头上，眼罩可以隔离光线对人的刺激，耳机可以隔离外界声音对耳朵的刺激，MP3播放器通过耳机播放睡眠音乐。

具体实施方式
结合附图做进一步的说明：音乐睡眠仪，包括①眼罩、②耳机、③MP3播放器，内部安装MP3播放器③，可固定的戴在人头上，眼罩①隔离光线，耳机②隔离声噪，MP3播放器③推动耳机②播放音乐。 
需要休息或睡眠时，戴上音乐睡眠仪，让眼罩①刚好遮住眼睛，隔离了光线的刺激，眼部动作也被隔断，眼睛的能耗大幅下降，头部得到放松，把耳机②罩住耳朵，隔离外界声音的刺激，通过上面的按键，开启音乐播放器③，进一步隔离外界干扰，外界的光线干扰和声音干扰大部分被隔离，人处于人为设置的安静环境，自然进入放松状态。
