2. The bank self-service system according to claim 1, wherein the bank self-service terminal further comprises:
the headset device is used for establishing audio connection between the self-service terminal and the background server through the main control computer;
and the camera device is used for establishing video connection between the self-service terminal and the background server through the main control computer.
3. The bank self-service system according to claim 2, wherein the information auditing module has a comparator for comparing the identity information with a video image transmitted from the camera device.

The self-service bank service system according to claim 3, wherein the self-service signature device comprises a paper feeding guide plate, a first conveying paper channel, a second conveying paper channel and a conveying device, the paper feeding guide plate is arranged on the paper outlet side of the printer and used for carrying paper output from the printer, a signature window and an image acquisition area are sequentially arranged on the first conveying paper channel, a paper receiving box is arranged at the tail end of the first conveying paper channel, a paper outlet is arranged at the tail end of the second conveying paper channel, the conveying device is used for conveying the paper to run in the first conveying paper channel or the second conveying paper channel, and the signature window corresponds to the display window.

7. The bank self-service system according to claim 6, wherein two sensors are arranged on the first paper conveying channel, and are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of the image acquisition area.
