背景技术
太阳能真空管一般为全玻璃同轴双层圆管结构,主要由三大部分构成:外玻璃管(外管)、真空夹层和内玻璃管(内管),真空夹层是通过安装在内管和外管之间的支撑卡支撑形成的。
内管用于盛水。内管外壁的黑色部分是选择性吸收涂层,即膜层,是真空管进行光热转换的介质。太阳光线经外管照射到膜层,膜层通过吸收太阳光线中的可见光和近红外线来集聚能量,并将光能转化为热能,使内管里的水温不断升高。外管与内管之间是真空夹层,其作用在于减少热损失,起保温作用,从而大大提高集热效率。
吸气剂,包括蒸散型吸气剂和非蒸散型吸气剂,安装在弹簧卡子上,用于蒸散、吸收夹层内排气后残余的空气,以进一步提高真空度,所以吸气效果的好坏将直接影响到真空管的寿命。
蒸散型吸气剂,需要对吸气金属加热后蒸散出来形成吸气薄膜,能在内管上形成消气镜面,同时增加吸热效果,在200摄氏度以下的环境中具有最佳的使用效果和使用寿命。
非蒸散型吸气剂,不需要把吸气金属蒸散出来,通过对吸气金属表面激活使其具有吸气能力而已,在400摄氏度左右具有最佳的使用效果和使用寿命。
目前的太阳能真空管内一般使用一块蒸散型吸气块,吸气能力和使用寿命有限。
