Abstract

一种发光二极管可控色温室内节能灯,由玻璃外壳、色温选择开关、控制器、接口、散热体和LED光源组成;玻璃外壳位于散热体的上面,散热体通过连接件与接口连接,色温选择开关嵌入于散热体的上面,散热体内部放置控制器、散热体顶部放置铝基板,铝基板上放置多颗多色温的高光效LED芯片。本实用新型的优点是:1、通过散热体用来驱散LED灯珠铝基板封装所散发出的热量,从而延长了整个LED球泡灯的使用寿命。2、通过控制器来控制和保证整个电路的正常运行,从而可保证节能灯工作的稳定性和安全性。3、玻璃外壳的表面凹凸不平,可以有效的防止眩光。

技术领域:
本实用新型属于一种照明器材,特别涉及一种发光二极管可控色温室内节能灯。
背景技术:
在不同地区范围内,由于各地区所处的地域差异、气候差异,使得各地区人群对不同照明效果表现出来的舒适度有很大差别。而且就同一地区而言,因为季节、气候的变化,对同一种色温灯具所表现出来的舒适度也会有很大差异,这种差异在室内照明上表现的尤为突出。而传统灯具受技术和工艺上的限制,很难满足不同人群对灯光色温的要求。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的就在于克服上述现有技术中存在的不足,而提供一种发光二极管可控色温室内节能灯,该节能灯节能环保、色温可控,并且低耗高效。
如上构思,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种发光二极管可控色温室内节能灯,其特征在于:由玻璃外壳、色温选择开关、控制器、接口、散热体和LED光源组成;玻璃外壳位于散热体的上面,散热体通过连接件与接口连接,色温选择开关嵌入于散热体的上面,散热体内部放置控制器、散热体顶部放置铝基板,铝基板上放置多颗多色温的高光效LED芯片。
上述接口采用螺旋式、直插式、挤压式。
上述多颗多色温的高光效LED芯片分为两条链路分别由色温选择开关控制,一条是由暖白色LED灯串联组成,一条是由冷白色LED灯串联或并联组成。
上述玻璃外壳的表面有凹凸。
上述控制器的主控电路包括整流滤波电路、电源管理芯片、变压器和开关三极管,其中,前端整流滤波电路的输出端与变压器的初级连接,变压器初级的输出端与开关三极管的集电极连接、开关三极管的基极与电源管理芯片的输入端口连接、电源管理芯片的输出信号经过变压产生高频脉冲交流,并经变压器次级整流滤波后输出稳定的直流电压。
本实用新型具有如下的优点和积极效果:
1、通过散热体用来驱散LED灯珠铝基板封装所散发出的热量,从而延长了整个LED球泡灯的使用寿命。
2、通过控制器来控制和保证整个电路的正常运行,从而可保证节能灯工作的稳定性和安全性。
3、玻璃外壳的表面凹凸不平,可以有效的防止眩光。

具体实施方式:
如图1、2、3所示:一种发光二极管可控色温室内节能灯,由玻璃外壳1、色温选择开关2、控制器3、接口4、铝制散热体5和LED光源6组成。接口4位于可控色温LED节能灯的最底部,可选用螺旋式、直插式、挤压式等多种方式,用来与外部接口中的电极相连接通电。铝制散热体5采用金属材质铝压铸制成,通过塑料连接件7与接口4连接,色温选择开关2嵌入于铝制散热体5的上面,铝制散热体5内部放置控制器3、铝制散热体5顶部放置铝基板8,六颗不同色温的多颗高光效LED芯片(发光二极管)位于铝基板8的上面,铝基板8热传导快,具有很好的散热效果。上述六颗多色温的高光效LED芯片分为两条链路分别由色温选择开关控制,一条是由暖白色LED灯串联组成,一条是由冷白色LED灯串联或并联组成。
上述铝制散热体5用来驱散LED灯珠铝基板8所散发出的热量,保证整个LED球泡灯的使用寿命。控制器3用来控制和保证整个电路的正常运行。玻璃外壳1位于铝制散热体5的上面,用来保护发光装置并把发出的可见光散发出去,玻璃外壳1的模具在加工的时候,对玻璃外壳1的塑料模具采用高速铣加工,使玻璃外壳1光滑的表面变得不光滑有凹凸感,可以有效的防止眩光。导线9位于灯具的里面,用来把各种器件有序的连接起来,保证LED球泡灯接通电源后,可以正常的工作。
如图4所示,本实用新型控制器的主控电路通过对不同色温的LED选择性通断,得到不同的色温值,采用电源管理芯片实现的恒流控制电路,其产生相应的电流值特别适用于驱动LED灯。本发明主控电路围绕电源管理芯片进行设计,其通过前端整流滤波、送往变压器初级,经开关三极管、电源管理芯片、变压等的开关导通,产生高频脉冲交流,经变压器次级整流滤波后输出稳定的直流电压。

Claims (5)

1.一种发光二极管可控色温室内节能灯,其特征在于:由玻璃外壳、色温选择开关、控制器、接口、散热体和LED光源组成;玻璃外壳位于散热体的上面,散热体通过连接件与接口连接,色温选择开关嵌入于散热体的上面,散热体内部放置控制器、散热体顶部放置铝基板,铝基板上放置多颗多色温的高光效LED芯片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种发光二极管可控色温室内节能灯,其特征在于:上述接口采用螺旋式、直插式、挤压式。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种发光二极管可控色温室内节能灯,其特征在于:上述多颗多色温的高光效LED芯片分为两条链路分别由色温选择开关控制,一条是由暖白色LED灯串联组成,一条是由冷白色LED灯串联或并联组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种发光二极管可控色温室内节能灯,其特征在于:上述玻璃外壳的表面有凹凸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种发光二极管可控色温室内节能灯,其特征在于:上述控制器的主控电路包括整流滤波电路、电源管理芯片、变压器和开关三极管,其中,前端整流滤波电路的输出端与变压器的初级连接,变压器初级的输出端与开关三极管的集电极连接、开关三极管的基极与电源管理芯片的输入端口连接、电源管理芯片的输出信号经过变压产生高频脉冲交流,并经变压器次级整流滤波后输出稳定的直流电压。
