背景技术
目前，外露骨架式油封的外圆结构一般采用如图1所示的全露骨架结构，或者如图2所示的半露骨架结构。图1中的全露骨架结构虽然散热性好，但是油封的密封效果容易受到骨架1外圆表面质量的影响；图2中半路骨架式油封的密封可靠性相比全露骨架式油封有较大提高，但半露式骨架1’及其模具加工较困难。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提出了一种根部包胶外露骨架油封。
本实用新型是采用以下的技术方案实现的：一种根部包胶外露骨架油封，包括骨架，骨架的外圆采用全露式结构，其中，在骨架的根部拐角处设置橡胶凸起。
所述橡胶凸起的截面形状可以为圆弧形。
本实用新型的有益效果是：通过在骨架根部设置橡胶凸起，使全露式骨架具备了半露骨架的效果，提高了骨架的密封可靠性，同时使油封具有较好的散热性。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步说明。
图3为本实用新型所述的根部包胶外露骨架油封。该油封包括骨架1、弹簧2和密封唇口3，弹簧2为密封唇口3提供径向力，使密封唇口3起密封作用。骨架1的外圆采用全露式结构，保证了油封较好的散热性；同时在骨架1的根部拐角处设置橡胶凸起4，该橡胶凸起4可以起到半露骨架的效果，提高了全露式骨架1的密封可靠性。所述橡胶凸起4的截面形状可以为如图3所示的圆弧形，或其它不规则形状。

1.一种根部包胶外露骨架油封，包括骨架(1)，骨架(1)的外圆采用全露式结构，其特征在于：在骨架(1)的根部拐角处设置橡胶凸起(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的根部包胶外露骨架油封，其特征在于：所述橡胶凸起(4)的截面形状为圆弧形。
