背景技术
现有的效果比较好的污水处理装置,是在底座上安装电机带动的倒扇形转子,但是该设备只是靠转子的转动,带动污水与空气混合在深水曝气装置上转子上气孔产生气泡,该装置处理污水时含氧量低,影响反应的速度。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种反应速度快的深水曝气装置。本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种深水曝气装置,包括支座和电机及减速机,所述减速机通过定子固定于支座上,减速机通过联轴器带动设置在支座内的转子转动,其特殊之处在于:所述转子所在的主轴上设有叶片。
本实用新型的深水曝气装置,是在现有的深水处理装置的基础上,在转子所在的主轴上安装上叶片,通过叶片的拨动,增加污水与空气的混合从而增加溶氧量,加速污水的氧化还原反应。
为便于拨动水,该叶片设计成椭圆形。
本实用新型的有益效果:缩短污水处理时间,提高了污水处理效率。

本实用新型的深水曝气装置,是在现有的深水处理装置的基础上,在转子5所在的主轴上安装上叶片3,通过叶片3的拨动,增加污水与空气的混合,气泡变小,从而增加溶氧量,加速污水的氧化还原反应,从而提高污水处理的效率。

1.一种深水曝气装置,包括支座(6)、电机(1)及减速机(2),所述减速机(2)通过定子(4)固定于支座上,减速机(2)通过联轴器带动设置在支座(6)内的转子(5)转动,其特征是:所述转子(5)所在的主轴上设有叶片(3)。
