Abstract

气热式太阳能热水器在不锈钢蓄水桶⑤和其保温壳④之间留有空气隙并与玻璃盖板⑩和阳面涂有吸热层的金属板⑥之间的空气隙,以及保温箱壳⑨和紧靠金属板⑥的隔热分流板⑦之间的空气隙相连通。这种结构能确保在阳光照射下空气按图2所示顺时针方向形成对流,从而加热蓄水桶⑤;而夜间无阳光时,因热水在顶部,不会形成空气对流而使热量损失。由于水只存留在⑤中,故本热水器可以做成承压式的。

管太阳能热水器”热效率高,但其价格较贵;“箱式太阳能热水器”结构简单、价格低,但其热效率低,能设计出热效率高、价格也低又坚固耐用的“太阳能热水器”是笔者所追求的目标。 
发明内容:
本申请的技术方案是:位于热水器顶部的不锈钢蓄水桶⑤和其保温壳④之间留有空气隙并与玻璃盖板⑩和阳面涂有吸热层的金属板⑥之间的空气隙、以及保 温箱壳⑨和紧靠金属板⑥的隔热分流板⑦之间的空气隙相连通。这种结构能确保在阳光照射下,空气按图2所示顺时针方向形成对流,从而加热蓄水桶⑤;而夜间无阳光时,因热水、热空气在顶部,不会形成空气对流而使热量损失。 
安装使用方法:在溢水管①处安装一个三通,使之再通大气和回水管,并让回水管通至浴室;在冷、热水管②处接一水管通至浴室使之和自来水阀及控制喷头的热水阀相连。使用时先将浴室内热水阀关闭,再打开自来水阀给不锈钢蓄水桶⑤上水,当见到回水管有水流出时,立即关闭自来水阀。用热水时可打开热水阀,若嫌水太热,可适当开启自来水阀来调节水温。

具体实施方式:
不锈钢蓄水桶⑤的容积按一般家庭人口数可设计为70L,采光面积设计为2m2。安装时要使其采光面在冬至中午时和入射的阳光保持垂直。暴露在室外的水管应注意冬天防冻。为减少在没有阳光时的热损失,应使阳面涂有吸热层的金属板⑥的上边缘跟不锈钢蓄水桶⑤约有6cm的距离。将阳面涂有吸热层的金属板⑥沿纵向压成多条沟槽,这样可以增强其刚度。由于水只存留在⑤中,故本热水器可以做成承压式的。 
热量损失估计:本热水器的热量损失主要集中在玻璃盖板⑩的外表面上,但玻璃是热的不良导体,在这里损失的热量比不锈钢蓄水桶⑤所吸收的热量少很多。

1.一种气热式太阳能热水器,其特征是:位于热水器顶部的不锈钢蓄水桶(5)和其保温壳(4)之间留有空气隙并与玻璃盖板(10)和阳面涂有吸热层的金属板(6)之间的空气隙、以及保温箱壳(9)和紧靠金属板(6)的隔热分流板(7)之间的空气隙相连通。
