为了房屋、楼宇等建筑物中的良好采光,人们在建筑物的顶面形成透光性材料,如硬塑料等,使得太阳光直接照射进入房间,从而达到节能、环保的效果。但是现有技术中透光性材料的承载能力低,抗冲击能力差,在实际应用中带来诸多不便。另外,在温室中采用的透光性材料抗冲击能力差、采光效果不好,温室容易损坏,且室内温度达不到要求,也带来诸多损失。
发明内容
本实用新型公开了一种新型多功能采光板,其具有增强的抗冲击能力、采光效果、明亮度和极富造型的采光板。
本实用新型的新型多功能采光板具有外表面和内表面,其中外表面具有不规则的圆形突起,采光板的材料为有机材料。
其中,有机材料优选聚碳酸酯。

参考图1和2,新型多功能采光板1具有外表面和内表面,其中外表面具有不规则的圆形突起。换句话说,外表面不是平面,是不平整的,表面上具有圆形突起,但圆形突起的大小、形状均有不规则。由于外表面具有不规则的圆形突起,因此具有增强的抗冲击能力,其抗冲击能力比两个表面均为平面的采光板增强数倍。另外,由于外表面具有不规则的圆形突起,阳光从外侧照射进入外表面时,减少了反射,增加了漫散射,且表面积增大,因此吸收的阳光成倍增加,因此采光效果和室内明亮度均有很大提高。
新型多功能采光板的材料为有机材料,优选聚碳酸酯(PC)。
新型多功能采光板的尺寸长度可以做到任意大,也就是说上平面板和下平面板在长度方向上可以无限延伸。使用中可以有规则连接使用。
本实用新型的新型多功能采光板具有增强的抗冲击能力、采光效果和明亮度,作为一种良好的透光性材料具有广泛用途,例如建筑物顶面,温室的顶面或侧面等。
