尺子和圆规是学习的必需品，作图时会常常的用到它们，现在生活中的尺子和圆规是单独分开的，常常在使用它们时，只能找到其中的一个，另一个却找不到了，非常不方便。

本实用新型的目的在于为克服普通尺子和圆规是分开的，使用起来不方便的缺点而提供一种带尺子的圆规，该圆规既可以作圆，又可以作尺子，还可以画特定的角度。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：一种带尺子的圆规，包括端部用转轴连接在一起的两个规脚，其特征是，所述的两个规脚呈片状，在规脚的外侧设有长度刻度，在规脚的内侧设有角度刻度。 
本实用新型的有益效果是：将圆规放平带刻度的一面向上，就可当尺子使用；将圆规两规脚分开，根据圆规两规脚内侧交点的位置可以画特定的角度。本实用新型将画圆、画长度直线、画特定角度整合在一起，非常方便好用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种带尺子的圆规，该圆规包括端部用转轴2连接在一起的两个规脚1，一个规脚下端为铅芯3，另一个规脚下端为规针4.旋转杆5用于画圆时把持。 
两个规脚呈片状，在规脚的外侧设有长度刻度，在规脚的内侧设有角度刻度。 
将圆规放平带刻度的一面向上，就可当尺子使用；将圆规两规脚分开，根据圆规两规脚内侧交点6的位置可以画特定的角度，这些特定的角度为比较常用的如10°、15°、30°、45°等。本实用新型将画圆、画长度直线、画特定角度整合在一起，使用方便。
