技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种密封装置,特别是涉及用于真空箱密封的易更换密封装置。
背景技术
目前,塑料管材在挤出定型过程中必须经过真空箱——冷却水箱来冷却定径,因此在真空箱的管材出口处必须安装密封装置来保持真空箱内的真空度及阻止冷却水流出。普通真空箱的密封装置采用的是中间开孔的硅胶片,使用时用密封固定装置将硅胶片固定在真空箱的管材出口处即可,该硅胶片孔径和塑料管材的外径相同。塑料管材在牵引机的高速牵引下,与硅胶片之间形成了强烈的摩擦,容易在管材表面形成刮痕,而且较大的摩擦力阻碍了塑料管材的高速牵引。硅胶片在与塑料管材的长期摩擦过程中,容易老化变形,这样,就必须频繁更换硅胶片,严重影响了塑料管材的连续性生产。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述背景技术的不足,提供一种结构简单,安装使用方便,且更换和后期维护简单的用于真空箱密封的易更换密封装置。
为了实现以上目的,本实用新型提供的一种用于真空箱密封的易更换密封装置,包括圆环形密封座,还包括圆柱状密封筒,该密封筒为中空且两端开口结构,密封筒的一端与密封座密封连接,另一端的开口与管材的直径相配合,密封筒的外壁上设有可开关的密封盖,所述密封筒内填充有柔韧性、润滑性、密封性和吸水能力好的填充物。
在上述方案中,所述密封座上设有用于安装的连接孔。
在上述方案中,所述填充物为棉网。
本实用新型通过在固定密封装置——密封座上加设带有密封盖的圆柱状密封筒,并向密封筒内填加填充物来实现真空箱内的真空度及阻止冷却水流出的目的,这样只需更换填充物即可,使用更换方便,且后期维护简单,保证了塑料管材生产的连续性。
本实用新型与现有技术对比,充分显示其优越性在于:安装方便,连接可靠性高,不易漏水和后期维护简单等。

下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步的详细描述,但该实施例不应理解为对本实用新型的限制。
本实施例提供一种用于真空箱密封的易更换密封装置,包括圆环形密封座1和圆柱状密封筒2,该密封筒2为中空且两端开口结构,密封筒2的一端与密封座1密封连接,另一端的开口与管材的直径相配合,密封筒2的外壁上设有可开关的密封盖3,所述密封筒2内填充有柔韧性、润滑性、密封性和吸水能力好的填充物。
上述密封座1上设有用于安装的连接孔4。所述填充物为棉网,当然也可以采用其它柔韧性、润滑性、密封性和吸水能力好的填充物。
本实用新型工作时,首先,用螺钉通过密封座1上的连接孔4将本密封装置固定在真空箱的管材出口处,然后启动牵引机先将管材牵引一段出来,最后打开密封盖3,并向密封筒2内填加填充物,直至达到保证真空箱内的真空度及阻止冷却水流出的要求。当使用一段时间需更换填充物时,只需打开密封盖3,取出填充物并更换新的填充物即可。

1.一种用于真空箱密封的易更换密封装置,包括圆环形密封座,其特征在于,还包括圆柱状密封筒,该密封筒为中空且两端开口结构,密封筒的一端与密封座密封连接,另一端的开口与管材的直径相配合,密封筒的外壁上设有可开关的密封盖,所述密封筒内填充有柔韧性、润滑性、密封性和吸水能力好的填充物。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于真空箱密封的易更换密封装置,其特征在于:所述密封座上设有用于安装的连接孔。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的用于真空箱密封的易更换密封装置,其特征在于:所述填充物为棉网。
