Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种膜丝堵漏器,用于对压力式膜组件中的中空纤维膜丝的断口堵漏。该堵漏器是一根前端直径小于膜丝的内孔,后端直径增大的塑料针杆。使用时,塑料针杆的前端部涂上胶液,然后插入膜丝断端的孔内,再将塑料针杆的后部剪去。胶液凝固后,即在膜丝断口内形成完全密封的堵塞,从而避免膜丝内介质从断口漏泄。

技术领域
    本实用新型涉及一种压力式膜组件的膜丝堵漏器。
背景技术
    压力式膜组件中采用有机中空纤维膜丝作为超滤膜。膜丝的生产中,由于膜丝在浇注或搬运过程中,难以避免会出现某些断丝现象,压力式膜组件中,未经渗透分离的介质很容易从断丝的断口漏泄,混入的透过液中,使膜组件的分离效率降低,对品质造成极大的影响,必须要把断丝堵住。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种膜丝堵漏器,以方便时对膜丝进行堵漏。
本膜丝堵漏器是一根前端直径小于膜丝的内孔,后端直径增大的塑料针杆。
所述塑料针杆的后端设有与之连成一体的把手。
所述的把手呈偏型长方体。
本膜丝堵漏器在塑料针杆的前端部涂上胶液,然后插入膜丝断端的孔内,将塑料针杆的后部剪去即可完成堵漏操作。利用胶液填充在针杆与断口内壁之间,胶液很快凝固,形成良好的密封。本堵漏器结构简单,操作方便,堵漏效果好。

具体实施方式
    当压力式膜组件中发现有断丝时,用本膜丝堵漏器进行如下堵漏操作:在塑料针杆1的前端部涂上胶液,然后插入膜丝断端的孔内,直至将孔口完全堵住,最后将塑料针杆1的后部剪去。待胶液凝固后,即在膜丝断口内形成完全密封的堵塞,从而避免膜丝内介质从断口漏泄。把手2便于对塑料针杆1的把持。

1.膜丝堵漏器,其特征是一根前端直径小于膜丝的内孔,后端直径增大的塑料针杆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的膜丝堵漏器,其特征是所述塑料针杆的后端设有与之连成一体的把手。
3.根据权利要求2所述的膜丝堵漏器,其特征是所述的把手呈偏型长方体。
