Abstract

背景技术
现有牙刷的刷毛是通过事先在刷头上设置好刷毛孔，再将刷丝植入到刷毛孔内形成一体。该结构存在刷毛与刷孔存在着间隙，容易滋生细菌。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能解决现有技术中刷毛孔与刷毛之间存在间隙导致细菌滋生给人们身体健康带来影响的注塑刷毛牙刷。
本实用新型在刷柄的一端设置刷头底板，其特征在于在所述刷头底板上连接软质抗菌刷毛座，在所述软质刷毛座上连体注塑软质抗菌刷毛。
由于本实用新型的软质抗菌刷毛与软质刷毛座为连体注塑而成，无需在软质刷毛座上先制出孔，再一束束地植毛，因此，本实用新型方便生产，提高生产效率，降低了工人的劳动强度，降低了植毛加工的工作噪音，改善了工作环境。软质刷毛座和软质抗菌刷毛之间的连接更加牢固；另外，两者都采用抗菌制成，两者之间无间隙，就没有细菌滋生的场所。
另外，本实用新型所述软质抗菌刷毛座可以密封固定连接在刷头底板上。形成完整、无缝的连接，可有效防止在软质抗菌刷毛座和刷头底板之间的间隙处生长细菌。
也可以将所述软质抗菌刷毛座可拆卸式连接在刷头底板上。通过分离，人们可以及时去除软质抗菌刷毛座和刷头底板之间的污物，同样也可以达到防菌的目的。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，取软质抗菌材料通过注塑使软质刷毛座1上连体注塑软质抗菌刷毛2。
通过注塑在刷柄3的一端形成刷头底板4，将以上具有软质抗菌刷毛2的软质刷毛座1连接在刷头底板4上。
软质抗菌刷毛座1可通过注塑的方式密封固定连接在刷头底板4上。
也可以通过连接件，使软质抗菌刷毛座1可拆卸式连接在刷头底板4上。

1.注塑刷毛牙刷，包括刷柄，在刷柄的一端设置刷头底板，其特征在于在所述刷头底板上连接软质抗菌刷毛座，在所述软质刷毛座上连体注塑软质抗菌刷毛。
2.根据权利要求1所述注塑刷毛牙刷，其特征在于所述软质抗菌刷毛座密封固定连接在刷头底板上。
3.根据权利要求1所述注塑刷毛牙刷，其特征在于所述软质抗菌刷毛座可拆卸式连接在刷头底板上。
