该低频环氧灌封变压器，骨架两侧各设有五个针孔，针孔上插有4-10个引线针和焊锡针，引线针和焊锡针是一体的，人们可根据需要设定引线针的数量及位置。

该低频环氧灌封变压器，骨架4上可以有两个槽或三个槽，当漆包线5缠绕好以后线头经接线槽7与相应的引线针3在焊锡针2进行焊锡连接，然后将整个内部机构和壳体一起放入烘箱内进行烘烤去潮，烘烤完毕用预热好的环氧树脂灌封，可密封防尘防潮，提高其绝缘性，使该变压器结实耐用，使用时，通过引线针3将其焊接在设备电路板上使用即可。

1.一种低频环氧灌封变压器，包括壳体，其特征是：壳体内安装有骨架(4)，骨架(4)中间设有空腔，空腔外侧的骨架(4)上缠绕有漆包线(5)，空腔内设有多片交替叠装的“E”形矽钢片(1)和“I”形矽钢片(8)，骨架(4)两侧设有针孔(6)、接线槽(7)和焊锡针(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低频环氧灌封变压器，其特征是：骨架(4)两侧各设有五个针孔(6)，针孔(6)上插有4-10个引线针(3)和焊锡针(2)。
