本实用新型是一种入侵检测系统机箱整体风扇结构,属于产品的结构技术领域。 
背景技术
在网络安全产品入侵检测系统产品领域中,机箱的后面板1上需要固定多个风扇进行散热,为了固定这些风扇,需要在机箱的后面板1上加工许多螺钉孔2,参见附图1所示,这些螺钉孔2围绕在风扇散热孔3的周围,不仅不美观,而且在安装过程中也十分不方便,由于螺钉孔2和风扇散热孔3是加工在后面板1上的,所以,后面板1的结构形式就是定死的,而在实际中,因为机器配置不同,机箱内部工作温度不等,所以,风扇的安装数量也是不同的,现有的后面板不能适应不同机箱的安装要求。 
发明内容
本实用新型正是针对上述现有技术中存在的问题而设计提供了一种入侵检测系统机箱整体风扇结构,其目的是通过改变风扇的安装结构,不仅美观、方便,而且能使后面板适应多种机箱的要求,可以根据要求灵活安装风扇。 
本发明的目的是通过以下技术措施来实现的: 
该种入侵检测系统机箱整体风扇结构,包括后面板、加工在后面板上的风扇散热孔和固定风扇的螺钉孔,其特征在于:在后面板的内侧面上安装一个用于固定风扇的支架,在支架上加工有风扇的风孔与后面板上的风扇散热孔相对,支架的四个角与后面板之间通过四个螺钉孔连接固定。 
本实用新型是在机箱后面板结构基础上,通过增加一个支架,可以 很方便地先把风扇安装在支架上,然后再将支架固定在后面板上,这样,便捷了风扇的安装,外形美观,而且达到一款机箱灵活安装风扇的要求。而且,此结构设计可以使多种型号产品型号并存,减少了产品外观多样,从在同类物料采购量上增加,缩短供货周期,达到及时供货的效果。

参见附图2~3所示,该种入侵检测系统机箱整体风扇结构,包括后面板1、加工在后面板1上的风扇散热孔3和固定风扇的螺钉孔2,其特征在于:在后面板1的内侧面上安装一个用于固定风扇的支架4,在支架4上加工有风扇的风孔5与后面板1上的风扇散热孔3相对,支架4的四个角与后面板1之间通过四个螺钉孔2连接固定。 
与现有机箱后面板相比,螺钉孔2的数量减少了,外形美观,而且可以根据需要安装风扇,达到一款机箱灵活安装风扇的要求。

1.一种入侵检测系统机箱整体风扇结构,包括后面板(1)、加工在后面板(1)上的风扇散热孔(3)和固定风扇的螺钉孔(2),其特征在于:在后面板(1)的内侧面上安装一个用于固定风扇的支架(4),在支架(4)上加工有风扇的风孔(5)与后面板(1)上的风扇散热孔(3)相对,支架(4)的四个角与后面板(1)之间通过四个螺钉孔(2)连接固定。
